A Hidden Gem in Downtown Miami with Incredible Service and Delectable Food I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Fiore Café, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel at home, thanks in no small part to my server, MaFe, who provided truly exceptional service. She was incredibly sweet and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I decided to try the pesto crispy chicken sandwich, and I’m so glad I did. The crunchy ciabatta bread was the perfect base, and the fresh, juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and vibrant pesto combined to create a symphony of flavors with each bite. It was the kind of sandwich that makes you stop and savor every moment. The surprise accompaniment of tri-color potato hash was a delightful bonus. The fingerling potatoes, which I absolutely adore, were spicy, warm, and perfectly crisp, offering a fantastic contrast to the sandwich. On a whim, I also ordered a pistachio latte, and I am still thinking about it! I had never thought to add pistachio cream to my coffee, but now I’m not sure I can live without it. The latte was smooth, creamy, and had just the right amount of sweetness, with the nutty pistachio flavor elevating it to a whole new level. Not only was it delicious, but it also arrived looking so picturesque that I had to pause and admire it before diving in. It was one of those moments where the food was almost too beautiful to eat—but when I did, it exceeded every expectation. Fiore Café is truly a treasure in downtown Miami. Whether you’re looking for a quick coffee, a delightful treat, or a beautiful breakfast, this is the spot. The food is not only visually stunning but also bursting with flavor, and the staff will pamper you with kindness and care. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

If you’re looking for a local feel for a filling breakfast, look no further than Fiore Caffe Miami. We were surprised to how small the space was, but all the credit to the staff - the line moves quickly. The space is unimpressive, but ownership did an excellent job at making the decor and vibe feel niche and select. I went with a Bloody Mary and the scratch made chicken and waffles. The BM was not over the top with a sink full of garnishes and was a perfect mixture of vodka and tomato juice mix. The chicken was well breaded, seasoned, and cooked. The waffle was perfect and although a little cold, the piping hot syrup helped bring the warmth back to the dish. I was very full at the end as the portions were generous. Others at the table ordered pistachio and blueberry pancakes - with both dishes pouring over with toppings. They were visually satisfying and, as I gathered, very delicious. I think pricing was on par with most locations of similar offerings. One thing I don’t appreciate about Miami in general is the “Service Tax” of 3% and most locations put on a 18% auto-gratuity. I understand that a lot of people don’t appreciate or understand tipping, but I find that wait staff who already knows they will be getting paid a set amount focuses more on increasing your bill with suggestive selling than offering excellent customer service. My experience did have both but there was little transparency in what the total was and what my extra costs were at closing. Additional solid information - location is right next to parking garage. Very simple in and out. Overall - a good experience and I would return. Rating B+.

Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes: A Must-Try o The Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes were a revelation! Fluffy, golden pancakes layered with fresh strawberries and a hint of sweetness—pure bliss. If you visit, these are an absolute must-try. 2. Savoring the Smoked Salmon o The smoked salmon deserves a standing ovation. Perfectly seasoned, it melted in my mouth. Pair it with a bagel or enjoy it on its own—it’s a winner. 3. Smoothies Galore o Fiore Caffe offers customizable smoothies, and I took full advantage. Mixing flavors like strawberry, mango, orange, and passion fruit created a delightful symphony of taste. Refreshing and invigorating! 4. Top-Notch Customer Service o The attentive waitress made sure our needs were met. Kudos to her! And the manager, a true professional, ensured every customer left satisfied. It’s rare to find such dedication. 5. A Return Visit Is a Must o As I left, I knew I’d be back. Fiore Caffe Miami has won my heart, and I’ll definitely return when I’m in town. Many breakfast/brunch places with beautiful decor seem to lack substance when it comes to the food and service. However, Fiore, BLEW US AWAY!! THE FOOD IS SPECTACULAR! BEST CRISPY BACON WE HAVE EVER HAD!! It is usually overcooked when you request crispy or undercooked. The PERFECT CRISPY BACON DOES EXIST, and they offer it HERE. I honestly am not much of a bacon person, but I DREAMED about THIS bacon for DAYS after going there. SO GOOD. BEST CAPUCCINO outside of Europe!! The consistency of the milk was PERFECTION. The BLUEBERRY PANCAKES. WOW. Often, to get pancakes to look this pretty, they have to sacrifice the taste. BUT HERE? It was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and gorgeous as a bonus. Also, the blueberry jam and the blueberries gave it the perfect sweet touch without overwhelming sweetness. The service! Our waitress was so attentive without ever making us feel rushed and she was SO PROFESSIONAL. When a table opened up inside we chose to stay outside just because we did not want to change servers. I can't remember her name but she was from Bucaramanga :) We randomly found this place after leaving an appt nearby, and it was the best unexpected find. Will definitely be going back.

Wow wow wow!! We came here for breakfast before boarding our cruise and it has now become something I crave weekly since we discovered it. It’s a very small place, but so so beautiful inside. The food was amazing, they have all types of options for if you are wanting to keep it light and fresh, or you can order some of the more heavy items that feel like a treat for yourself. I ordered the caramel iced coffee and it was hands down the best coffee I’ve ever had. I enjoy a good strong coffee that has the sweetness with it. It was not overwhelmingly sweet, and I actually loved having the caramel rim to have a lick and then a drink behind it. I’ve tried and failed at re-creating it at home. It was just so good. The pancakes felt like dessert, I’d definitely recommend ordering a stack for the entire table to share after ordering your own separate mains. They were delicious but eating it as your meal (unless you thrive on sweet in the morning) would be a bit much for someone who wants to have a “balanced start”. This place is great for the girls, mimosas and having a girly type breakfast/brunch. Our husbands enjoyed it as well, so would be great for a date.
