Miami Sound Bar — Restaurant in Miami

Absolute fraud of a place. Do not waste your time and money. I went to this bar last Friday with 5 people and the charge alone to book was $500 ($100 per person which that in itself is absolutely absurd). Then, the “space” that costs $500 was ridiculously small, crowded and too dim to see your hand in front of your face. The distasteful and impotent customer service did not help the situation either. Drinks came slow (overpriced as well for the quality) and our server seemed impatient towards everyone. At the end of it all, the most atrocious thing was that we STILL got charged an additional $100 for “taxes and fees” DESPITE us being well under the $500 limit we already paid for and even our server said so. My husband paid her in cash and they still charged our other friend $100 from her card after the fact. I have worked in this industry and never I have I ever seen such a disgrace of a place. Scam scam scam was there and what a terrible experience, paid for a reservation in advanced which is unnecessary $500 for 5 of us which we could have just walked in, they had a line out the door when we got there waited 20 minutes which was unnecessary because when we walked in the place was half empty, the table we paid for was not even a real table was a space for 2 people but they sat the 5 of us there, their menu is very limited and their only food that night was peanuts and potato chips from a bag, service was super slow we didn’t even consumed $200 because of their limited menu and slow service, at the end we lost about $300, and they had the nerve to charge us another $150 for service and taxes, staff was so rude. Mal servicio al cliente, mi calificación es por el mal servicio al cliente, el lugar lindo, la atención terrible, es horrible como una mala atención al cliente puede hacerte cambiar la percepción del lugar. Fui anoche por recomendación de un amigo, al llegar al lugar me pareció lindo, de inmediato se acerca la mesera (Acento cubano) y nos ofrece el menú y una mesita que está Disponible nos dice, voy al baño y al salir ya estaba mi novio sentado con los tragos en la mesa, no pasaron 3 min cuando la mesera nos dice que nos levantemos que la mesa estaba reservada, cuando 5 min antes nos dijo que estaba libre, le indicamos que como es posible si antes dijo que estaba libre, pero ella al ver un grupo de 4 (Que recién llegó) supongo pensó que les convenía más que nosotros, eso lo entiendo pero no la forma como nos dice que nos levantemos cuando ella misma minutos antes nos había mandado a sentar porque la mesa estaba Libre, con todo y eso le decimos que ok que a pesar que sabemos que es mentira que estaba reservada le indicamos que apenas terminemos nuestros tragos, nos moveremos a la barra, bueno a la mesera no le bastó con decirnos que nos levantáramos después que estábamos ya tomando ahí y viendo el menú para pedir y experimentar los tragos que nos recomendó mi amigo sino que nos amenaza que si no nos levantamos de inmediato llamará al seguridad cuando intentamos decirle que si vamos a ir a la barra al terminar los tragos, nos deja hablando solos y llama al seguridad el cual viene a pedirnos que nos movamos y reconociendo que es una pena hacerlo pero que la mesera se lo pidió. ¿Hacía falta llegar a tanto? Cuando antes nos ofreció la mesa y dice que está disponible y al ver un grupo más grande nos trata con grosería y nos intenta sacar del local, es cuando pienso como un lugar bonito puede cambiar de percepción por personas que no saben cómo decir o manejar ciertas situaciones sin ofender al cliente, quizás esos clientes eran más, quizás iban a dejarle más propina, eso lo entiendo perfectamente pero como NO se puede tener tacto para decir las cosas? como puede prácticamente sacarnos, dejarnos sin mesa, dejarnos hablando solos y amedrentarnos, después de ya estar sentados tomando y peor aún amenazar la con llamar al seguridad , el cual si vino a disculparse y a pedirnos de mejor manera que nos podíamos mover a otro lugar del espacio. Terminamos el trago y no pudimos experimentar los tragos a los que fuimos porque sencillamente ya el sitio dejó de ser agradable, Conclusión por un mal servicio y atención al cliente puede cambiar lo lindo que puede ser un lugar.
