We were staying in the hotel and stopped by the restaurant. They were originally out of the two items we wanted. Our order then came out wrong. We ordered two Cobb salads and one was to be vegetarian and we received two bowls of mixed greens with diced cucumbers. I asked to speak to a manager and when Cindy arrived, she had her face glued to her phone and waited to finish her text before she lifted her head up to talk to me. I told her about the mistakes and that I would like to food charge voided. Her only response was “ok”. She grabbed the food and walked away without saying anything. I waited at the host stand for some sort of confirmation but I had to flag her down yet again and ask her for my receipt so I could verify the voided charges. She seemed very confused and went behind the bar. When she was done she shouted from behind the bar “she can explain it to you”. I had no clue what she was talking about. She finally came back around the bar and gave me my ticket. I started to walk away and she repeated “she can explain it”. The bartender then shouted from behind the bar about the charges being voided. Cindy’s lack of general professionalism, sense of urgency, and lack of communication was some of the worst I’ve seen in my 14 year restaurant career. I didn’t have high expectations walking into a restaurant attached to this hotel but this experience was...

But plot twist — they “forgot.” And instead of saying, “Hey, our bad,” they acted like we masterminded some kind of underage infiltration scheme. Incredible. Truly a masterclass in customer service and accountability. The staff was so friendly — if your idea of friendly is getting kicked out mid-convo with no explanation other than their own incompetence.
If you’re into getting blamed for other people’s mistakes and escorted out like a criminal, 10/10 would recommend....
Read moreIt’s a great place to see a big game and the food is fine, but I have to give one star because we were radically overcharged for drinks. We had two (2) manhattans with Angel’s Envy rye, which they claimed was the only rye whiskey they have (hard to believe). Most of the cocktails on the menu were $14-$15, and we expected some upcharge for using Angel’s Envy, but when the bill came they charged a whopping $36 per drink ($72 total). I told the waiter that couldn’t possibly be right, but he just shrugged and said “you had Angel’s Envy.” The bars we have been to since charge $17-$18 for an Angel’s Envy cocktail, so it is obvious we were gouged, but unfortunately the game was in the tense final minute so we just took the hit and paid. Really...
