Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I tried this store last night and just laughed at how slow the younger kid with the dreads was working. The kid was making togo and instore orders at the exact same time. While the girl was doing gods knows what. He didn't even ring up the customers food when he finished. Just went right to the next togo order. The gentleman got so mad he put $40 on the counter and walked out. The kid got so messed up that he forgot what he was doing and then put the $40 in his pocket. Nice job, kid. Smh!!! I came back hoping for a better experience, which was not at all. This is the worst jersey Mike's I have ever been to. And that is saying something. I am from Houston, come on now. You need to do better. I don't understand how you can not make a sandwich, right? They have no rime or reason to the way they dress your sandwich. When i say i want everything but jalapeños, guess what? That means everything. Dont ask me if i want each item. There are six ladies back there who aren't communicating about how to do their jobs. People are standing in line, and you have more people doing online orders. You need to get this store retrained. Extremely unhappy with everything. Even the store front looks horrible. Let me say I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s. This location is by my job so I always go there for lunch. I went there two weeks ago and this lady was making sandwiches for Uber eats and then they got busy, so she ended up going to the cash register So people can pay for their food (with the same gloves that she was making sandwiches with), so when she got done with that, she was coming over to make my sandwich (with the same pair of gloves) instantly, I told her to change her pair of gloves and she did. if I did not ask her she wouldn’t have. She was literally coming over and going to make my sandwich with the same pair of gloves. That’s not the first time I seen something like that over there. I feel bad for the people who is ordering Uber eats because you really don’t know what you’re eating because people touch everything with them nasty gloves, and they don’t wash hands before...

Stood at the counter for about 10 minutes. Never acknowledge. Was only 2 kids waiting for food. Saw a 2nd person sweeping and took out boxes, she saw me and never acknowledge me. Finally, she came over and with 0 personality asked what I wanted. I only got to say the first sandwich. When I mentioned the 2nd one I wanted, she huffed and turned away probably to roll her eyes. The other woman, I'll assume the manager was on her ear piece talking and eating food that was at a table from pappa John's. Should have gone there instead. The ENTIRE place was disgusting, dirty, unsanitary. I could go on. Health Inspector needs to go here. Took food and went to hotel. When they cooked my food, they didn't clean grill from previous customer who must had steak and onions because I had some of that on my sandwich.
