Apple Gourmet Deli LIC — Restaurant in New York

So I just started going to this place about a week ago and I always ordered the super protein smoothie with vanilla almond milk, spinach, and strawberries. The whole smoothie costs me $13.57, that’s a lot of money for a smoothie but whatever. Yesterday I went and they didn’t have anymore vanilla almond milk. Today I went in they didn’t have any more vanilla almond milk or vanilla whey protein. So I asked the cashier “Nicki” (at least that’s what she says her name is) if she could take a dollar off of my smoothie since this is the second time I came in and they didn’t have what I want. I felt it was fair because I’m spending money on a ridiculously expensive smoothie to have to supplement the ingredients I want for what they have left. She was very nasty and tried to brush over my request saying she had other things to do. I’m happy that this happened though because shortly after I went to another store on 39th street and was able to get the same smoothie for $7. I definitely will not be going back to this store and they deserve everything they get or don’t get....

I've been a daily regular at Apple Deli and I can't recommend it enough! The convenience is unbeatable - they have a buffet, mini market, and everything you need under one roof. The staff is incredibly helpful and always available to assist. Orders are quick, taking around 5 minutes to prepare, even during busy hours when multiple staff members are working hard to ensure timely service.

Some people may grumble about prices, but honestly, the quality and variety of offerings make it well worth the cost. If you can't afford it, perhaps look elsewhere, but Apple Deli truly deserves your business.

The food is mouth-watering, with options ranging from indulgent treats to a fresh salad bar. You'll find everything you need in one place, and it's the only good spot in the area. Keep up the fantastic work, Apple Deli - I'll be back...

Only giving this bougie place 3 stars because it’s clean and spacious , and there’s a area to it down and eat .

They don’t take EBT. It’s Cash ,debit and credit Only ! I’ll never buy food from there again

It’s WAYYYYY OVERPRICED for only basics stuff I seen a pack of Golden double stuff Oreos pretty much priced @ $8 ! For 1 pack Gesh

Like I gave this place 2 chances and both times it was not a hit

First time : I order only some rice and pasta The pasta sauce was too sweet And they charged me $10 + tax for that .🤨

Then my 2nd time going there They charged me damn near $15 for a burger deluxe w/bacon ( which wasn’t worth it 👎🏼) And sum curly fries Which the chef guy doubled fried ! Making it impossible to even eat so yeah that was wasted money down the drain I had to throw it away
