Beard Papa's — Restaurant in New York

Puffs are okay. My big peeve is this person running this place, not sure if he's the manager or something but whenever there is a collab going on, he never does it, and just complains saying it's "just food coloring with chocolate". Example is the Mashle collab, he just did regular puffs and sold the merch. Same thing with the ZZZ collab, he doesnt do those special puffs. Just sells the merch with regular puffs and I even asked for chocolate cream at one point and he said he doesn't have any! Ridiculous. It feels very lazy because he sounded very annoyed when he answers customers about collab questions, and it wasn't just me either. I saw some people beside me trying to get them too, and they left because he was not serving the collab puffs. Definitely reporting this to corporate.

Really sucked cause I wanted to taste those.

It just recently opened a few days ago for a few hours. I finally got to try this during my break! Their promotion starts tomorrow but they are doing a special promotion just for mall employees, yay!

Keep in mind, this place is under the same management as Gong Cha which is inside the same store.

At first, the cashier seemed a little confused with what drink I wanted but she was friendly about it. The owner/mgr came over to help even though she seemed to be on a very important call and gave me a free drink plus mall discount. She saw that my coworker and I were talking about the cream puffs and she immediately notified the staff at that counter to give us a discount. Super sweet of her!

The staff was super friendly, especially the woman in glasses! I wish I got her name :( ! She offered is a free cream puff and gave us cute Beard Papa's keychains! She's very welcoming and thanked us many times. Loveeeeee her!

So excited when I saw they open！！！ I have been waiting then over one month. Such a long line out there, but the cream puff never let me disappointed. They open at 10:00am, but it already a long line out there! Even they are so busy but they still keep their high quality of their product. I order 4 original shell with green tea cream and they give me 2 original shell with vanilla cream for free. Hoping the can keep this promotion! Cashier is very nice, especially the girl wear glass and the tall guy. They said they will have monthly special flavor. Will see what is it next month. Love their store!!! Will back to their...
