Atmosphere - 10/10; service -5/10 What a disappointing experience.

For a coffee shop showcasing designer furniture, wear and trinkets I expected much, MUCH more.

I ordered a tea, it came in a PAPER cup. I had to ask for sugar, ask for a spoon, ask for wifi details and I also requested assistance with the table I'd sat at as it was wonky. I had a hot cup of tea and my laptop out so I don't think asking for assistance here was unreasonable...

The guy behind the counter was NOT coming out of there for anything! He wouldn't budge and 'god forbid' add a touch of customer service by: thoughtfully bringing me my tea (even though the place was super quiet). He wouldn't help with my wonky table ('just move to another table' was his response) and while he stood behind the counter checking his phone I had to grab my tea, find sugar, find a spoon, go back to my table to grab my phone to come back inside to take a photo of the wifi password (wouldn't it be more efficient to have this stuck somewhere on each table instead of only at the front door...?!), then back again to my table to shift everything I'd set up to a stable table. Frustrating to say the least!

Lazy, lazy, lazy and very unhelpful. Will not return. Do...

I wanted to give a try to their whipped espresso after reading the reviews and it didn’t disappoint me. For the foamy texture I’d suggest ordering the regular version(one of us got it without sugar both were delicious though) We got two large sized whipped espresso with pistachio milk(I’m so happy to see that they have no sugar house made pistachio milk which was sooo delicious and rich) and paid around $22 before tips. They have a lovely patio and the ambiance is so nice that I wanna visit them very soon!

I got pistachio milk latte for my another visit and ı swear it was the best thing I’ve ever had!!!! Can’t recommend enough. Plus stuff is always so...

FAVE coffee shop in Williamsburg! They ALWAYS make my iced latte with hazelnut on point (no one ever does).I actually did their weekly subscription for coffee as I work in Williamsburg and it has been my comfort spot since then. Everyone is also really nice and warm, they’ve all become my friend since im there EVERY single day! Derric most especially has been the nicest person always asking about my day and chatting with me everytime I come through. Its also a great spot to study, Its peaceful, has great wi-fi connection and my favorite is that they have outdoors.

They also just renovated so everything looks so fresh and chic.
