LIC Bagels & Deli — Restaurant in New York

Don’t come here unless you want the cashier to roll his eyes at you lol I asked for a bagel with tuna salad and cream cheese the guy charged me 12 dollars for I see on the menu a bagel with cream cheese is 3.50 so I’m assuming the price will go up to maybe 7 or so but when I asked why I was charged 12 he said tuna is 9 dollars for a lot I didn’t ask for a lot I asked for just a little on my bagel. And when I clarified this he gave me an attitude rolled his eyes and refused to refund or remake me my bagel to the adjusted price and amount. He was completely rude about but his lazy self was just lounging around so he couldn’t have had anything better to do lol. Oh and! The person who made my bagel literally just put a little bit. The cashier also bagged it aggressively the disrespect is insane, I work in customer service so I know what to expect and this experience was beyond unworthy. I would never recommend this...

I placed order for breakfast for the office and I paid for avocado for platter and they charger me and it was not on my platter and the second platter we order with bacon and it was missing the bacon I called and complained and they just left me on the call and took my money very poor customer service!! And they took my money meanwhile the delivery was one hour and 20mins late my food was cold and we still tip the guy $7.00 it’s crazy

Ordered a smoothie 2 months ago and after waiting 5mins I realized they forgot to make it.

Ordered another one today and paid for a medium but I received a small. What upset me is that they asked me how to deal with the problem like it was an annoyance to them. They offered to either redo it but kind of hinting that they didn’t want that, or offered me a dollar credit to spend in the store. No apologies for wasting my time again.
