Came in for drinks with my sister recently and was immediately greated by a poor host. He told us there weren't any tables for us even though the place was EMPTY.

I have worked in service my entire life and I think he just had some kind of prejudice against the way we looked. Feeling judged he sat us at the worst table in the entire restaurant, no one else was up stairs with us, they didn't have reservations for a while and we mentioned we were only there for drinks.

I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want to have a good start to your night. It's not worth the prices and they don't appreciate having good service employees.

I wanted to mention that our waiter was okay, however when we mentioned to him that the host was rude he really didn't care. Seemed like none of the staff cares for each other or about their jobs. Cocktails were over priced even for nyc. Won't be coming back and I hope the host learns how to speak to women of color and...

Atmosphere 10/10 Located in the Ned building BUT has a separate entrance from 28th street. Perfect upscale-classy vibe with pleasant ambience music. Beautiful bar area. All kinds of seating options in 2 floors

Drinks 9.5/10 Recommendation: Miracle Manhattan, Silver Screen Old Fashioned Solid menu consisting of classic contains with a twist. They use their own method of “fat-washing” infusing cocktails with a special flavor. Which turned out to be delicious! Garnish and presentation match the classy vibe of the place. A bit disappointed about the lack of coasters, which would round up the presentation
