I have never had a bad experience at an Arby's anywhere until today. I came into the lobby through the UNLOCKED doors to pickup a to-go order that I placed online and immediately experienced one of the worst examples of customer service I've ever seen. The lady that was making sandwiches yelled at her Drive thru employee for not locking the lobby door, yelled at a couple that were coming inside telling them to go to the drive thru. I ordered cheddar cups as a modification on an item but it didn't show up on their end I brought this to her attention and would have gladly paid for them if they somehow didn't process correctly on the app. She wouldn't even attempt to solve such a tiny problem, she just said "you're not missing them they aren't on the receipt." Then before I can even say anything else she started to complain about me having my SERVICE DOG with me. She said that if I didn't have my paperwork with me I needed to leave. I pulled up the documentation on my phone but she didn't even look at it because she started belittling the drive thru guy again. The attitude this woman has will ruin this store. If employees don't want to be there or lack the ability to be professional they don't need to be there. It's unfair to the other employees and especially customers. I'm not going to seek any legal counsel for this but I hope you guys know that discriminating against me for having a service animal is highly illegal and is also a form of harassment as well. Read moreSo I decided to use a coupon Arbys emailed me today. I drove nearly 20 minutes to get to this place. When I entered the store, I wasn’t greeted by anyone. It took about 5 minutes before anyone even noticed I was standing there. When I was finally acknowledged, I informed the cashier I had a coupon from arbys emailed to me. I showed her the email and she said she couldn’t take it because it didn’t have a bar code. I showed her the email. I pointed out the the coupon says to present this email to cashier to redeem. There is no bar code. I then pulled up other emailed coupons from Arbys. All of the coupons instruct me to show the email to the cashier and none of them have a bar code. She called a manager. The manager said the same thing. I then left. This is ridiculous. I’m going to email corporate and have them remove me from their mailing list. What point is there to be on their loyalty program if the people working for arbys wont honor the coupons. I’m not sure if they legitimately didn’t not know how to use the coupon or just didn’t want to. Neither is a good excuse. Today you lost my business. Read moreI ordered through Door Dash. I got a message that the dasher was waiting on my order. 30 minutes later I got another message that he had picked up my food. The whole order was ice cold. Kings Hawaiian Fish Sandwich, curly fries, jalapeño poppers, and the apple pie. The jalapeño poppers tasted like metal.I also ordered the mint chocolate milk shake. There was no straw or spoon to drink/eat the shake. I live less than 10 minutes from this Arby's and there is no reason it should have been cold. I know the dasher didn't make a another stop on the way here, because of the tracker. I have actually gone to the drive thru at this Arby's a couple of times, and they don't get the order right. If anything is said, the employees are downright rude. When a customer decides to spend their hard earned money at your business, the orders should be hot, correct and we should not have to tolerate rudeness.
