I’ve been living in the area for about three years and this Chipotle location frequently serves significantly lower portions than other Chipotles in the area and less than other Chipotles in different states. Typically customer service is decent and it’s the closest one to where I live so I have continued to go to this one over time. Today, I had a complete horrible experience with multiple members of the staff being very rude and lacking in hospitality that will not be bringing me back anytime soon. I was overcharged twice for extra meat on top of the meat that was included with my standard meal. ONE bowl for me ended up totaling over $27… when I normally pay $13-16 dollars. When I questioned the price, I was told that “the way that I ordered” is the reason why I was over priced. What was being explained to me made completely no sense and was extremely unfair. After being treated with such hostility I ended up just requesting an entire refund and didn’t want the food. I proceeded to go to the Chipotle on Rivers Ave and the staff there was much kinder and I also was charged only $20 dollars and was provided larger (normal sized) portions than the one on Center Pointe. Read moreThe manager, Maxine, along with her staff, displayed extremely unprofessional behavior. Instead of providing respectful, courteous service, they chose to argue with me about my order—insisting I said things I clearly did not, as if I don't know my own dietary preferences. Their tone was confrontational and dismissive, escalating an issue that could have been resolved quickly and respectfully. The order was prepared incorrectly not just once, but twice—completely wasting food in the process. Rather than correcting the mistake professionally, the staff responded with attitude. Even worse, the manager stood by and allowed the situation to escalate without stepping in to de-escalate or offer any meaningful resolution. Additionally, the condition of the restaurant was appalling. It was visibly dirty and poorly maintained, raising serious concerns about food safety and hygiene. Based on what I witnessed, I will be filing a formal complaint with the local health department.This location appears to have deeper issues related to poor management and customer service that, from my experience, have not been addressed. It is unfortunate to encounter such a lack of accountability in a well-known restaurant like Chipotle. Read moreI’m giving this restaurant 3stars because of one lazy nasty employee. But I would give it 5 stars for the store manager Brittany. We have just arrived into town Wednesday night and I wanted My Chipotle. Found that it was open until 10:00 ARRIVED at 9:35. Went to the door it was locked . No sign on the door saying anything was changed b/c of COVID. I shook the door, one of the employees looked up and pointed to the take out bags I shook my head “No”. They were cleaning up the food bin. I checked the time and the door again trying to get their attention, however, she full out ignored me. Went back to my car saw 4 people come and pick up their food and left by this time my husband said call them it’s 9:45. That’s when the Store Manager Brittany answered I explained that I was outside and how do I get some food. She said just come in, when I said the door was locked she was shocked and said I’ll let you in. When I went in to order the employee who refused to service me had a smirk on her face and proceeded to ask me what I wanted. I looked right at her and told her what she did was not cool and I don’t want her to fix my food. That this is a customer service job.
