Bojangles — Restaurant in North Charleston

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Jasmine was so extremely rude from the moment she demanded we be patient and that we just needed to give her a minute when I had commented to another person in the car I wasn’t sure if the intercom for the drive thru was working because we had been sitting there for several minutes and no one had acknowledged it yet and I wondered if I needed to just pull up to the window. She was rude throughout the ordering process. And I was only ordering one meal and an extra biscuit sandwich. Then when she took our order and got it wrong she was so extremely rude at the window when I asked for it to be corrected (which I made sure to ask very nicely despite the fact her tone and the way she talked down to me was extremely belittling.) She clearly should not be in a customer service industry. She did not like being around people and it showed. I will not be returning to this...

Sorry, your service that I have ever received at a single Bojangles restaurant ever in the history of Bojangles restaurants. Even if I was about to die on the highway and had to crawl my way into the gas station of where there’s unfortunate Bojangles is located I would not even eat at this Bojang. Nothing but sorry service and not a single person would acknowledge that I was waiting at the menu for over 10 minutes until I drove off. There were plenty of people inside, so I am not really sure where the disconnect is, aside from the very obvious fact that the employees here or nothing but lazy, entitled people. I will never darken the doors of this horrible establishment again, I hope that my review can spread awareness as to how horrible the weight is for this greasy unhealthy fast food restaurant chain. I just want to take the time and say thank you to the new GM they have MRS TIEARRIA! Job well done with your STAFF! I want to think her for the spontaneous service on yesterday 11/26/24. I came in placed an order young lady greeted me with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced she took my order FOOD was very marvelous and delicious. This place has gotten so so so much better with the Quality of the food. Before I left I asked to make a holiday purchase to give to the business and to give to the needy. I’ve purchased four 20 piece family meals I paid for it and ask to be picked up today 11/27/24 by 12!
