Actually, ZERO stars. Terrible, disrespectful customer service--the immature girls who were working the drive thru were disrespectful, condescending, and rude. But, somehow I think that is their normal way of communicating; at least, that was my personal impression. They clearly need training and that is management's fault or perhaps they are too "thick" to understand basic concepts or just don't care. Being a vet, I was going to pick up a spaghetti dish that Fazoli's was offering for Veteran's Day. However, when I got to the window, I was left waiting for 5 minutes before anyone came to the window. Then I was met with a black girl with a terrible attitude. No greeting of any kind -- just rude and disrespectful. She then asked me for my vets id and, of course, I provided it. Then she just slammed the window shut and disappears. Then I hear her and some other black girl yelling. And then the other black girl with a BAD attitude asks me again for my vets id. I showed it again. I asked if there was a problem and she said said they had to make sure. What was wrong with my id the first time? It was not that they asked for the id; it was their BAD attitude and disrespect for customers in general and for veterans on Veteran's Day! I am appalled. I am thankful for companies that offer their freebies on veteran's day, but I will not stand for such disrespect and bad customer service. I do NOT recommend this location. I will NOT ever visit this location again. In fact, I left without the food. I then heard them yell something out of the window as I drove away. Childish and bad mannered. If they could be that disrespectful, I wouldn't trust the food they served...not for a minute!
UPDATE 2/25/2019 It's easy to think that the people who post reviews are not really real. Well, I am. I read this again today and it still makes me upset at how they treated me on Veteran's Day, and how they must treat people in general. I will never recommend nor visit THIS specific store again and recommend that...
Read moreLast night my wife and I decided to pick up a quick meal at a near by Fazoli's (#1802) before heading home. For the most part the food has always been decent and we like the fact they have a drive thru. However, the customer service definitely needs improvement. We placed our order with Alicen J and had to repeat our order, not only because of computer issues but because it sounded like she was laughing and talking with someone else while taking our order. We patiently sat and had to wait several times before coming back to us to finish. When we got to the window and paid, we looked at our receipt and noticed she did not get the order right. We didn't try to change the order but rather just said "Hey, by the way, the order was incorrect and you should really pay attention when you're taking orders." It was at this point that she said "You need to stop disrespecting me and get up out of my face" and accused us of coming at her and disrespecting her. We said we're not trying to disrespect you and she offered to get the manager right away which was NOT our objective. We just wanted to point out the mistake. It was at this point that she said "byyyeee" and slammed the window. I've worked in customer service my entire life and know that if employees act like that, then management does not even respect or care about quality customer service. Are customers not allowed to point out errors without it being considered a personal attack?? We have come to a very sad point in life that when simple courtesy is replaced with pour attitude. Fazoli's has lost my service, not that I...
Read moreMy first time visiting was a huge disappointment. A week ago I went on my lunch break with a friend through the drive-through, and I had no idea know I wanted. I could hear the irritation in the voice the order taker. Once we got to the window she gave my friend her drink with a loose lid that exploded all over her. The order taker slammed the window closed before we could even ask for a replacement. When she returned for the money we asked for a replacement drink. Upset, she slammed the window again. Came back with the drink and our order and said nothing and shoved the bag into my friends hands. Fed up with this treatment I decided to ask for the manager...can you believe she was the General Manager! I proceeded to let her know that her service was disgusting! She could care less because she was the manager and there's pretty much nothing anyone could do about it. Once I got back to work my order was not exactly what I ordered and the breadsticks we're hard as a rock. I called for a replacement and the young lady who took my complaint was very polite and extremely understanding. She said she was the assistant GM. Last night I returned for my replacement order and the woman who took my order "Miss C" was extremely patient and kind and all around incredible when I changed my order and added to it. She also tossed in a few extra breadsticks for the trouble!! I loved her energy and excitement to serve her customers! I'll probably never patron this particular location again simply because the GM's negative attitude and poor...
