Management stinks since Samantha isn't there. She turned that place around n their customers were happy. Now they can't keep managers, employees because they don't have a good top restaurant manager running the place. Sheila is great as a manager but doesn't want top management position. Music sucks too even the old folks are complaining about it. They have a person whom does scheduling that shouldn't have that job for she doesn't know how to schedule people adequately their well under staffed because even new hires are quitting after maybe an hour because they are overwhelmed. There are 3 maintenance men. One gets away with puttering around n needs to pick up more slack or retire already. The other 2 have back problems from being over loaded with work most of the times from it being left from afternoon shift. Also since they moved an am guy whom used to be on am to either do griddle or fryers to afternoon manager. They take 1 maintenance man to go do that n then maintenance gets backed up n overwhelmed. They really need 1 of the 3 maintenance men to work afternoon shift and hire another to work Friday night to unload n put away the truck n make sure it's not left for day shift. The owner doesn't really care that so many people are overwhelmed and quitting. Its poor ownership n management and that eventually will close a place!!
I know personally for I worked for poor management n they lost employees and business closed.
Wake up and start running that place better!!
I think the employees should boycott poor management but what employees that are left working there are stuck for they have car payments, cars that need worked on n can't afford to fix or buy a replacement for and have to many Bill's n child support to pay and would like to pay their rent and buy groceries.
I understand this is not Franchised owned but privately owned which should tell everyone that it's basically a tax write off for him so he could care less about it n the employees. Hell, it's in dire need of a new roof for years now but he won't invest in one but wastes money replacing ceiling tiles. That isn't a very wise man. I...
Read moreNow don't get me wrong. I love McDonalds as much as the next guy! But today I was met with pain and despair when I entered the McDonalds. First of all I had to use the kiosk, which was fine, I had never done it before and while a little confusing I finally figured out how to get it done and I placed my order. After this it told me to take a seat and wait for my order to be brought to me, I was so excited, I had ordered a Big Mac and a large fry, I was eating good today. 5 minutes go by, nothing. 10 minutes go by, nothing. Finally after around 15 minutes my meal was brought to me, a little disappointing seeing as I wanted my food fast like the restaurant advertised but the man who brought me my meal apologized for the wait, he was very nice. But then tragedy hit. I bit into my Big Mac, and I am not exaggerating when I say this is the worst Big Mac I've ever had in my life. Now mind you, I'm a big Big Mac fan, I've enjoyed the Big Mac for years, I expected today to be no different, but I was thoroughly disappointed. The bun was burnt, as well as the burger, this ruined the whole thing, the delicious soft bun was tough to bite into which was already a turn off for me, but then the taste was also just not what I've come to expect from McDonald's buns. I pray this was a one off error and that they just had a spite towards me because if someone has a Big Mac for the first time and that's their experience I can't imagine they'll be coming back for me. Please tell me St. Clairsville McDonald's by the Ohio Valley Mall that this was a one off scenario and this will not happen again, for it is...
Read moreI don't even know how to describe what just happened to me. I waited in line behind a bunch of kids screaming across the counter with employees about crack houses... Then I was served horrible food with buns as hard as crackers, there were no napkins in any of the four holders, and when I asked to talk to the manager, the girl said it was her. Ugh.
I suggested that they spend their time stocking napkins, cleaning up the dining room, and preparing proper food instead of gossiping with their friends. She said that they just came off of a rush. There were two people in the dining room, no employees out there cleaning up which would be expected if you were coming off of a rush, and quite frankly... Nobody really doing anything. Worst part is that when I politely suggested that they address these issues, the supporting employees basically just stared and laughed at me.
Easily the most unprofessional place I've ever been. I asked for the store number so I could identify it to McDonald's corporate, but they refused to tell me... They just said there was a number on the door. It's a telephone number. When I called it, it was an immediate voicemail with no outgoing message. Perfect.
McDonald's... I've been to some bad ones. But this is one of the worst. Do you give your franchise license to anybody, or do you...
