Found Highball on google maps since we were in from out of town. The high review for such a new restaurant really caught my eye. We arrive about 8:15pm and were immediately seated by a friendly staff. I should not my wife isn’t big on Asian cuisine. We started with a Japanese old fashioned and margarita which were both great. Ordered the ban fried dumplings for an appetizer and was hoping she would like them. I normally eat about 2/3 of the appetizer but not tonight. She really enjoyed the dumplings. She ordered the Hibachi chicken bowl and we ordered 3 sushi rolls. The Alaskan, shrimp tempura, and crunchy rolls. There was way more sushi than we both expected. The Alaskan was mouth watering good followed closely by the shrimp tempura. The crunchy salmon was our least favorite although still really good.
