Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I placed a order online at 11:28 am and was not set out for delivery until 12:15. I understand when businesses get busy. But I had yet to receive my order by 12:30 I reached out and called and a women that was very rude told me they were busy. That’s fine. I got a phone call from the driver at 12:50 saying he could not find my location but asked for the address and said they gave him the wrong address which yes it is correct on the receipt….. and finally my food showed up at 1:00…. I f you are that busy and your website says freaky fast and your that busy you should update your times to say might take longer or call your customers when it’s that far behind. The service gets slower and slower every time…. No communication and for the fact they are five minutes away is ridiculous. Do not order from this location unless you want...

I love Jimmy John's. My favorite it the Beach Club. Very tasty. And of course...lightning fast. I ordered online and my order was perfect!!! Went to go pick it up, the staff was so very kind. Nice greeting at the door. Asked if I wanted anything else, but I was good with my sandwich, classic chips and of course y'all's classic pickle. Delicious 😋! All the employees were very nice. Great customer service. Jimmy John's is always my #1 go to sandwich shoppe. Love you guys!!! Keep it tasty. A huge shot out tho on the Customer Service. Amazing team, and Great manager for having awesome sweet employees. It's definitely a breath of fresh aire on how nice everyone is. Most places have lost that over the past few years. Do not recommend for store pick-up. It may be an okay place if you go inside. I only have a short amount of time for lunch, so, I placed my order online and went to pick it up. I got back to the office with my lunch, and my order was wrong. The sandwich I ordered was the #7 Spicy East Coast Italian, EZ lettuce, cut in half, what I received was a black and blue, with a ton of lettuce, blue cheese and horseradish, not cut in half. I do not like blue cheese or horseradish, and I did not have time to go back and get a replacement, so I ate chips and a pickle for lunch. I contacted them online, got a response from corporate that said they would send my issue to the independently owned Jimmy John's owner. I never received a call from anyone at...
