McDonald's — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Doesn't carry the daily double anymore was told I couldnt customize a burger to it either.. ordered some breakfast food instead.. after that order was placed we went to get our drink.. no tea selection.. had to go back to counter.. stood there for a few minutes while the cooks stared at me.. then one of the cooks had to tell the cashier I was at the counter.. for the girl to offer me anything off the fountain cause she would have to make tea and it was close to closng.. its 810pm.. when I said I only wanted tea.. she took my glass and went to the drive thru.. after that ordeal.. when I went to set down and noticed they had the cheese fries.. I went to place an order for fries.. I had to stand there again until someone passed by and asked if I had been helped.. no.. she took my order for cheese fries.. when our first order came out i walked up to get it.. before i could ask for condiments.. my food was set down and the employee walked away.. I stood there with my food getting cold and being stared at by the cook again until my fries I had order come out.. the employee just walked up set it down and walked away.. when I tried to ask for some jelly.. i had to wait for the cooks to get the same employees attention and send her back to the counter.. I'm so tired of being let down by McDonald's.. that I will begin to leave detailed reviews everytime I go . Look for my reviews at other local...

Well, our first order, the lady at the register was, Totally Awesome. But our second order was a different woman, and it was only 2 minutes later. The second woman was not friendly or inviting. Honestly, she acted like I was bothering her because she had to do her job. 😕 also, I had a horrible and very hard fall when walking in the door. Because the Dark, sidewalk bricks on the the ground have a hump that isn't even marked, ALSO NO SIGN, indicating there is A ELEVATED STEP UP OR HUMP in on the sidewalk When I asked the second cashier woman for ice, for my already swollen, bruised, and scraped knee, she looked at me like I was crazy! I said I took a hard fall right at the front door. And she said , " What do you want me to do?" I replied, I just need a littleoce to put on my knee and foot please. She responded, Not the slightest bit Concerned or interested. "I mean, all I can do is get you a cup!" She said. And it's a good thing I said a small cup. Because I would've had to pay for it, if not! Not one time, was i asked, "Are you okay?" Nope, I just felt like I was an inconvenience on a slow day. Also, all the 4 orders of French fries were all over cooked to hard to even chew. But honestly very...

Me and my family went here for lunch. I am completely unimpressed with the service here. We needed a water cup for my 1 year old nephew, and they charged us .75 cents for a water cup.... even though we spent easily $30 on food here. Also, we asked for a free soda refill (we already bought the soda cup) and were denied unless we paid them another .75cents. That would have been all fine and dandy, but when we asked for the bathroom code, instead of just providing it, they had to walk us over to the bathroom and put it in themselves. And the cherry in top, is when we needed to take my nephew to the bathroom to change him, there was no diaper changing station which is bewildering considering that mcdonalds bases their whole thing as being a FAMILY ESTABLISHMENT. We were forced to change him on a cold and very public bench, and then were met with disgusting stares from the workers. I have had terrible service before but this is definitely in the top 10. I don't care the blatant racism towards my family members, or the rude staff working around 1:30pm...
