Update: July 2019, new location just a few buildings down across from the bridge. I like this location better, security door man was polite, respectful and way friendlier than the ones who use to work the door years ago, thanks for that. The staff was polite and prompt and we spoke to the manager for awhile and she was sincere and welcoming.

This has the the main area with the pianos are which is packed, loud and entertaining. Also has a karaoke room on backside, which we enjoyed tremendously, loads of fun hearing others signing (at times, lol) and the pack patio porch is wonderful addition, relaxing.

My only complaints is the prices of the beer on the cards on the tables, it’s actually almost $1.50 more for two beers than what’s advertised but I did address this issue to the management. wish they had a flat rate of $4-5 per imports. Overall a better experience.

Very kewl and neat atmosphere. Good drinks at fair prices. Would like to state not a true dueling piano bar as other establishments I've been too. (Meaning you the customer duals others on pianos across from each other, winner stays and next person tries) now that's piano battling Love they honor our veterans and military with no...

If you want to be treated indifferently to the point of rudeness just talk to the lady at the door. Must be a little nepotism going on because no one would keep such a Karen at the front door in a place that supposed to be fun. Our issue was we reserved a table and they didn't honor it. Her excuse was all tables reserved don't always get reserved for the night on their website if the suddenly fill up. There were six tables left when we reserved a table. But she said there couldn't have been and I probably picked the wrong date or the system bumped me to the next available date because the all of a sudden were full on the date selected . Had she at least been a little sympathetic or apologetic it would have been fine but her attitude was simply ridiculous. How about a little customer service. "Let me see what I can do then oh I'm sorry.... " would have sufficed but to insist the customer is in the wrong and make up argumentative dumb excuses is just...

Showed up early at about 7:15pm, waited 15min for them to let people in. I was about the 7th person in, first time in. Had a good time joking around with the hostess, then a gentleman walked me around and asked me if I had a preference as to where I'd like to sit. I asked very specifically for a place I could see the keys being played since I'm an aspiring pianist myself. Got seated at the farthest possible seat from a piano in my section and had a pillar blocking my view of the stage. Was the first person to put money down for a request and about the 6th request to be fulfilled. I had requested an upbeat, but lesser known artist, which the pianists were not familiar with, that's fine, they went with my secondary option!which was their choice of something jazzy and funky, to which they played Stevie Wonder. Meh, ok, that's fits well enough I suppose, but after a door fee, being early, and being seated with an obscured view of the stage, I'm not...

Wow!! Really fun place if you like to have some drinks and listen to song covers. Go with friends and have a great time. They have buckets of beer which I think is the best value. A double vodka tonic was $17 for reference. We Uber'd so not sure where to park. They had plenty of bar staff, it was packed and I only had to wait for one person once. Usually it wasn't an issue, I think they had a separate bar for the wait staff. Bathroom was clean. Now for the entertainment, the $10 cover was so worth it. The piano players go back and forth playing songs requested by the crowd (you have to tip to have your song played)... if you pay alot they will move it to the front of the line. Again, so much fun with friends.

We tried this place on a Friday night while in the area. They pretend to check your ID then once in line you will pay a $10.00 cover charge per person. The person checking IDs acted like your usual grunt, little talking and to the point. The cashier was nice, as was the gentleman that seated us. Our server Suzy was very attentive and was great at getting what we needed. The performers were outstanding. They really work for audience participation. It is amazing how they can play several different instruments. Piano, drums, guitar and harmonica. The place was clean as were the restrooms. This is a very fun place to go. We will return again when in the area.
