I went through the drive thru, and I happen to see that there are two lanes, and because of that, there's a security guard moving traffic because it gets really crowded. In the past, I've had problems with two lane drive thrus. There been a couple of times that it would be so crowded that I can't move forward, which would let the car on the next lane move forward and get my spot, even if I ordered first and because of that, I had to wait until the order from the car in front of me was made, even though my order was already done. ๐Ÿ˜’ So I was wondering if that was going to happen today. But the employees were trained well. After you order, the employee would tell you to hold on for they can make sure that their fellow Co worker already sent their customer to pay or you would be sent first. That way there wouldn't be any hassle and the drive thru would run smoothly. Now, each time I passed by canes, it would always be crowded. So today I decided to try it, to see what's all the hype. I was not disappointed. The chicken tenders were good, the toasted bread with butter was delicious and their sauce was really good too. Their fries were not unique, but the checken was the star of the plate, so I didn't mind the fries. I will definitely come back again.

First timer and will not return, was disappointed. Not much choice options ๐Ÿ˜• everything pretty much contains chicken tenders or fingers as they call them. I ordered the chicken sandwich expecting it to be a fillet only to find out it's just 3 pieces of tenders. The sauce is basically ketchup and mayonnaise mixed with like pepper ๐Ÿง๐Ÿค”๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ in my opinion definitely not thousand island dressing that's for sure. I asked for mayo and ranch and they don't carry it ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ˜‘๐Ÿ˜ค. So here I eat a DRY PLAIN chicken tender sandwich (that has no flavor!) with ๐ŸŸ with no other sauces available. They only gave me one piece of lettuce ๐Ÿฅฌ too ๐Ÿคฃ. The only thing I can say that was good was that the chicken and fries were FRESH and the Texas bread was good too but overall their "special Cane's sauce" isn't anything to brag about ๐Ÿ™„ โœ‹ and to be their ONLY option as a dressing is like ridiculous ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ. And they don't even offer Shakes! Like come on ๐Ÿคจ no desserts? Honestly jack in the box's chicken sandwich has more flavor even though it ain't as fresh as cane's chicken fingers it still would have been better in my opinion and in my stomach ๐Ÿ˜…

What's all the fuss about? I seriously don't get it. I went there last Friday because I heard it's supposed to be great. It's fried chicken strips - that's all. And not very tasty ones either. Yes, they were hot and probably fresher than other fast food chains have on their menus. But where's the flavor? The chicken was very bland. The strips also weren't consistent in texture. One piece was tender and another was tough. The "Texas toast" was just okay - only partially toasted but definitely had some buttery flavors (albeit real butter doesn't taste that buttery so I wonder if it's butter-flavored margarine). The fries were hot but again, nothing special about them. The sauce literally tasted like ketchup mixed with ranch dressing. Getting in the driveway was crazy! The line at the drive thru was long and so the armed security guy would NOT LET ANYONE ELSE GET IN THEIR DRIVE THRU LINE!!! He made everyone keep driving into the parking lot and did not allow anyone to get in the drive thru line until it shortened. I get it that they don't want people to block the street, but seriously?!!! And this armed security agent actually yelled at people who didn't want to park and go inside the restaurant instead of driving thru. Unless there's literally no where else to eat, I won't be...

I can't believe how unprofessional the cashier lady was today 7/25 approximately 6pm . I understand that the times are changing because of covid but my suggestion for any company that serves the public that you should always have patience and compassion for your customers (otherwise maybe you're in the wrong field) I appreciate good food and I'm willing to pay for good service and good food but........ #1-before you wait in a long line approximately 45 minutes you should tell customers that they need exact change or debit card #2- all I use is my debit card and sometimes you have to swipe it a couple times in order for it to work #3 - the cashier acted like I was putting her out by asking to try my card again so I guess she wanted me to wait in line all that time leave and come back with exact change or a different card #4- work on your customer service abilities because that really can make a big difference #5- I had to ask very nicely if she could maybe please try a different machine because I really didn't want to leave and come back and wait in a long line plus she probably would have given me the same food #6- my first and very likely last time because even my 10yr old son felt she could of handled the situation much differently...
