I had a very frustrating experience here. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location ($140 order) and called within 5 minutes to see if I could cancel since this store was 25 minutes away. I was told the order had already been started, so I should just come pick it up and it would be ready by the time I arrived.

When I got there 25 minutes later, the food wasn’t ready. I was told to wait another 10 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 30. When the food was finally ready, the employee handed me my wings without a bag, then after I asked for one, only put one order of wings in it. While I was already on the highway heading home, I got a call saying I had left behind the other wings.

The whole experience felt very disorganized and unprofessional. Online it said 15–20 minutes for the order, which was also confirmed when I called, yet I watched them only start making my pizzas once I arrived. On top of the delay, the mix-up with my wings was frustrating, and I was told I’d get a refund for them—still waiting to see if that actually happens.

Overall, this was a major inconvenience and poor customer service. I really hope the pizza makes up...

Probably the worst pizza I've ever had. All grease. Didn't eat. Tossed it out. Didn't even have the Sicilian Pizza I wanted I ordered with extra sausage & pepperoni, so they gave me this pile of grease with pepperoni & cheese only. NO SAUSAGE. They also gave me mozzarella sticks with no marinara sauce. I'm surprised the 2 literally of Coke wasn't trash or covered in grease. Tariffs must be brutal at this restaurant. Avoid this restaurant...

Ordered directly through the restaurant’s website. Delivery took over an hour, even though we’re nearby and only ordered two items. The pizza was extremely greasy, and the Alfredo pasta had no flavor and seemed off. I developed stomach issues shortly after eating.
