McDonald's — Restaurant in Page

I should have checked the reviews before going here. I have been traveling the country stopping at many McDonalds, this was EASILY the worst one. Let's begin.

First, my girlfriend always orders a grilled chicken sandwich with nothing on it but extra lettuce and tomato. Two employees literally took 3 minutes trying to get that order right while my girlfriend just kept repeating, "just chicken, lettuce, and tomato, nothing else." Its the kind of incompetence that is so unbelievable you can't get over the aggravation.

Second, while this was going on, one of the employees friends had brought her baby in to say hello. The employee brought the baby over the counter, hugged and kissed her, and handed her back. Then instead of washing her hands she continued her job. That wouldn't normally bother me but it added to the situation.

Third, we ordered our food "for here" it was given to us to go. Not a huge deal, just another annoyance.

Fourth, I had to point out that there was puke all over the ground outside of the women's bathroom. I found this out after my girlfriend slipped in it and nearly fell but grabbed the wall next to her.

Fifth, to really top everything off, its the morning of the next day and my girlfriend thinks she has food poisoning from the chicken sandwich she ate at McDonalds last night, which she did complain about being significantly worse than ones from other locations.

Might as well throw this in too, I ordered two cheeseburgers and it took at least 10 minutes to get them. It wasn't busy, there were maybe two other people...

We went to this McD's (attempting to eat) twice during our vacation in Page, Arizona; both visits confirmed that this location offers poor service.

The first time we went for lunch (yesterday), we ordered two 6-piece McNuggets with BBQ sauce and fries for the kids; asked for BBQ sauce, ketchup and extra napkins. At the pick-up window, the server interrogated us about why we needed napkins. NO KIDDING. After explaining why we wanted napkins... we were given a total of 6 napkins. Rolled out assuming that we'd have BBQ and ketchup. Got to hotel to eat and discovered we'd been given given no ketchup or BBQ sauce. Ever tried feeding fries and chicken nuggets to kids without sauce and ketchup?

Today - 6/10/2019 - we tried to order cookies at this location. We walked from our nearby hotel and arrived at 9:47 pm; signs indicated they served inside until 10 pm and that the drive-thru served 24 hours. As we reached the door, an employee un-locked the door to let some patrons out of the restaurant and then re-locked the door denying us entry. So... undaunted, we went to the drive-thru and tried to order. They refused to take our order at the window - face to face with the order person - and then the manager informed us that they were understaffed and would only take orders from customers in cars. What's going on here? The manager literally refused to take an order from a customer.

Next time we are looking for a meal in Page, Arizona... we will go elsewhere.

We thought we’d just grab dinner at the Mc Donalds, which everybody likes..right? Well i would definitely not recommend this one for the following reasons:

At ordering the automat said that they didn’t have anymore fanta orange, but when we looked around after ordering we saw multiple people walking around with fanta orange. Also at ordering we ordered some mayo sauce with it, but didn’t get those after getting our order. When we asked for it at the desk they said they were out of mayo. Then literally the man behind us got mayo sauce from them, which is weird as they said they didn’t have any left to us.

The same thing happened with extra fries. We didn’t get those either and when asking at the desk again, they were giving us difficulties again and didn’t gave any even though we did pay for it.

The last thing we were not satisfied about was the quality of the food, i mean yes it’s the McDonalds but this was definitely worse than other ones as our food looked like it was already done an hour ago and the hamburgers were flat. When just mentioning this to someone at the desk they gave a whole explanation for how they’re ‘different’ than other McDonalds and it was normal for them, which didn’t even explain anything.

So in conclusion the whole customer friendly atmosphere was not there at all and we didn’t get or what was missing or money back. Which is not fair as we now paid for stuff we...
