Food was great but service was horrible! We came in around 3 and the crowd was very light. Having an online order we assumed we needed to wait by the pickup line for it to be ready. The girl working didnt look up, say hi or acknowledge our presence at all but since she was in the midst of prepping an order I didnt think much of it. I hoped it was ours but she called a number for someone else. Still has not acknowledged our presence or asked if we had a pick up order. She makes the next order, places a ticket on it and places it to the side. I assume thats our order because everyone else in the restaurant is eating so I politely say excuse me. Nothing. I say excuse me again and she just ignores me. A third time and she just looks up and points to the order here sign. I tell her but im here to pick up an online order and shes dumbfounded says sorry and my husband snatches the bag. Shes lucky i was on cloud 9 from the wonderful day i was having while she was stuck making lobster rolls or I wouldve had the time. It was disappointing though because we had planned on eating there so we had to find another location. It also was annoying because I am always the type to tip when placing an online order but she definitely did not deserve one and ruined it for future tippees. That being said, the lobster rolls itself (my husband and i got the connecticut roll) were very good especially for the price. We also had the lobster bisque which was also yummy. I would live to come back but hopefully they have a customer etiquette class...
