Starbucks — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

This Starbucks had absolutely rude and dismissive service. I asked politely for the Veteran’s Day special on Veteran’s Day 2017. The employee apparently has a personal issue with military veterans. Even the coffee tasted bad. The employee played a little game, placing my coffee out of reach on the counter so I had to reach across to get it. This, along with the snotty verbal attitude, made it clear that This Starbucks doesn’t value their customers. Don’t waste your time or money...

If you are saving up stars for something, then don't use the app here or don't come. Because they took my 200 stars and I was 160 away from 400 to get a free cup. The never even told me and took it without a permission. I asked for 25% Ice and they gave me 100% I asked for dragonfruit with coconut milk and they gave just lemonade. Service horrible nothing there. Honestly I'm never going there again just most worst...

First time trying Starbucks since I moved to the states recently. Quaint coffee shop and Convenient. Service was great! Coffee not so much didn’t realize how sweet it would be. I ordered an Iced Latte. I will stick with my local cafe shops but if you’re in need of a caffeine fix I guess it works but if you want quality coffee I would suggest looking else where.
