The employee who served us was horrible. She took my wife’s order and asked if we wanted anything else. I told her my order but she said, “sir, you’ll have to wait.” Her tone was rude. My wife had to tell her that we were together.

The woman must have been new because she made my Oreo shake with the Oreo filling, rather than the vanilla ice cream with Oreo crumbs (been coming to this location for 4 years and this is how they’ve done it). It did not taste good. On top of that, she only filled my cup 9/10 of the way.

My wife’s ice cream was over flowing and making a mess everywhere. How can they not train their employees? It’s clear she didn’t have any idea of what to do.

I received the WORST customer service from this Coldstone Creamery than I have from any others. There was a teen employee who was taking her anger out on the customers and equipment behind the counter. My husband and I walked in after a movie, with 15 minutes to closing. It was clear that she was not happy about working until the shop was to close. She was SLAMMING the blender bottle, utensils, and other things on the counter as she was making everyone's orders. She stated to people in line "If you aren't served in the next 10 minutes, you AREN'T getting served at all!". As she took our orders and made them, she was extremely unmannerly and lacked any sense of what good customer service is.
