Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Rexburg

Look, I love Jimmy Johns. It’s my go to sandwich. But the one here in Rexburg is really disappointing. I like to go on my lunch at work, and it takes 40 minutes to get through the drive through despite there being only two cars ahead of me. It seems that during the lunch rush, they have one person at the drive through who both takes the order then proceeds to make the sandwich. This would work out fine if everyone were ordering a single sandwich, but that’s not likely. I also recently ordered a delivery which took over an hour to arrive. We had to call the store who said they forgot about our order and it took another 30 minutes to get to us. The workers aren’t exactly friendly either. Honestly, I think they all hate their job. Every time I dine in, they seem so impatient and ready to close. In fact, I went about a month or so ago for dinner. We were there 2 hours before they were to close, I checked the hours, and they were already closing up, acting like we were terrible people for coming into the store, and there was no one else inside. After the look from the cashier, I didn’t want to be there either.

Basically, the food is fantastic, but the customer service and efficiency needs some serious...

I absolutely love this location! The employees here at Rexburg’s Jimmy Johns have been incredibly kind and friendly to me ever since I first entered their doors.

The employees are down to earth and do an amazing job at making the experience personal to you—never minding the fact that we are talking about a fast food restaurant! Their sandwiches have never failed to be delicious and I will always find myself feeling incredibly satiated if I place an order in an unwich.

They truly do not lack in ensuring that the customer gets just what they asked for and a little more—always feeling like you’ve gotten a great bang for your buck. I have made some incredible friends with the employees here who have continued to make my experience very comfortable, pleasant, and all around another great piece in my day.

Truly!! I love these people as they have sincerely strived to make all my experiences a wonderful moment in my day. I hope that anyone interested in checking this place out will take my words into consideration and see for yourselves why this location in particularly has become...

My husband and I went in this morning just after opening! The dining room floors were absolutely disgusting … some of the chairs still on top of the tables… none of the tables had been wiped down 🤢 I even asked the gal at the register if she could wipe down the table and she handed me a stack of napkins ( I then had to get water out of the soda dispenser) to wet the table to wipe it! we ordered our sandwiches ( I get there unwich) the service was very terrible! and our food was very thrown together, my unwich was not made correctly and all falling apart all over my hands and to top it off the lettuce was brown, Willy and sopping wet! I went In to The rest room too wash my hands and the bathroom was absolutely atrocious! Some of The workers were just standing around doing nothing ….The fact that the price of eating out has gone up so significantly, you would expect to at least have a Some-what clean environment to eat in! I usually go through the drive though at least twice a week, I will never spend another dime here, such a disgusting dirty...
