five stars walked in with a group total of 5 told us about 30 minute wait. It was snowing outside and the guy up front told us they had a waiting area with heaters outside.. say whaaaat! No way! And he was right kept us dry and warm as we waited. Very convenient! We waited about 20 minutes when they called our name.
Everyone there was really friendly and helpful especially when asking questions. Like what suggestions they had.
The owner was so nice sparked convo about Star Wars and he actually made time to take a few minutes to have a convo despite how busy it was! Wow talk about customer service.
I really liked how simple their menu items are but also different.
We all tried something different. And we were not disappointed. Eggs sausage potatoes done right! Their green salsa was flavorful and French toast was yummy! Hash- great Omlet- great
I had a scooters breakfast sandwich which was so good ! Sausage you can tell is homemade!
Only complaint is coffee isn't strong enough but that is usually normal with restaurants! And I am fine with it!

As I walked in with my kids the girl with pink hair abruptly blocked us from coming more then few feet and forced us out of the store because she stated very loud and clearly she didnāt want to take anymore orders because she need to close the store. I question her why so early and I said itās 25 minutes before closing. She just repeats the reason above. As I was confused and thrown off by her odd behavior. So I asked if I could just buy some water quickly. Clearly she was triggered by the question. She then stated āgo find a water fountain in or around the mall if you want waterā She started to force the door on us as a crowd behind us was trying to come in at the same time. She didnāt care and continued to push the door on to my foot. I hope you fire this person. How dare her. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable to treat anybody like that. She is the front of your business pushing away customers just so she is not inconvenienced by working....

There is either one employee working with a line out the door, or there is 7 employees, moving at glacial paces. Some of them arenāt even doing anything but chit chatting and sitting in the back. This is a coffee shop. People who are ordering coffee have places to go, or are on an 15 minute break, especially in the downtown area. And the fact that they charge 11.25 for a dirty chai but provide Taco Bell level service is not acceptable. If the Starbucks thats two minutes away can keep up with their constant stream of mobile AND in store orders, then the much lower trafficked Ebar should be able to keep up with their in store orders. The old manager ran a tight ship and this new staff has completely ruined the...
