I have received great service from the young women working in this store. I recently took in a HUGE return and about to take in another (sorry girls) and the customer service I received was outstanding. They did not interrupt my service to ring up other customers "real quickly" or take someone else's return "real quickly" as I've experienced at this store before. The return I was expecting to take 3 hours based on my previous experiences of getting put aside to help other customers only took 45 minutes. I called twice in advance to let them know I was coming with a very large return and I didn't want my service interrupted so they could help other customers as I've experienced in the past. One of the managers named Victoria, sincerely apologized for my past experiences and assured me it wouldn't happen again. The first manager I spoke with is named Victoria, the second is named Shauna. Shauna had to take her lunch break close to my transaction being completed, so she turned me over to either a Kylie or a Megan to finish my returns. They were polite, friendly, professional, were able to help other customers without interrupting my service and extremely helpful. They love to get my returns because I buy everything online and they're all items they don't receive as part of their inventory. I honestly can't imagine a customer getting ignored in this store. They may not be able to get to you immediately based on how busy they are and sometimes you have to wait in line, but they always provide great service when...

When checking out and exchanging clothes with the receipt in hand the cashier tried to convince me that they accidentally sent me an extra dress in my order for free so they were just going to take it back without refunding me anything or exchanging it. After 30 minutes of this thankfully I knew that it was incorrect and was forced to insist that she ask another employee to help her. The manager came up who was even younger than the girl already helping me and she simply scanned it and the purchased came up. Neither apologized and both were incredibly rude to me and all the other customers checking out. They continued to answer the work phone even when they were in the middle of checking someone out and not to mention there was a line of at least 5 frustrated customers. I’ve had many items on hold & have had a family emergency. They have been so kind, caring, loving ( I could go on and on forever) with holding onto my hold and not just giving up on me & putting it back.
