Tony and I was stuck in Traffic 20 miles from Savannah for over 2 hours. We finally made it there and went straight to Historical River Street. We parked, Paid $4 for 2 hours & went straight to Wet Willie's. It wasn't pack which was very nice. It's located in the bottom level of an old Warehouse. The interior brick walls of the structure is AMAZING!! I love old buildings. This is a Diaquiri bar with the wall of Machines twirling around with the various flavors just like in New Orleans 😋 I don't drink anymore proudly Sober since 2006. But they do give out samples because I heard waitress telling some customers at table beside us. She said all the flavors are premixed. They also off Jello Shots for $2, so I bought one for Tony. Here in Savannah like in New Orleans you can drink outside as long as in a cup, No cans or bottles and you must have your Valid State ID with you. We ordered a Nacho with Beef and Beans to share with tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, sour Cream, Guacamole and salsa. Tony ordered a PBR & I got a Pepsi. The waitress was very sweet, checked on numerous times. The food was Great!!! Tip, Taxes Total was $26 with us giving her a $5 tip. Definitely recommend Definitely will be back!!! Great experience!!

The atmosphere is relaxing. Nothing crazy about the menu, but I did love their gumbo & fried pickles. We had their quesadillas, Buffalo wrap, fish tacos, shrimp 🍤chips. My husband was trying to order a cheeseburger but where advise that it will take up to 35 minutes since they were really thick ( I own a restaurant myself & I ain’t no precessional cook but I was deterred from our waitress demeanor. She didn’t even ask what way we wanted our burger cook, so I’m assuming they only offer well done. My husband ended up ordering a shrimp basket(the shrimp was super salty, not over battered but it was difficult to eat) which he ended up eating without the battered but this ruined his experience for good. We had already waited a while for our food & were hungry. We did enjoyed our fried pickles, cook to perfection! The fish tacos were full of cole slaw, more than fish. Our Mozzarella bites were over cooked, we couldn’t finish them. Our overall experience was meh 😑 our waitress was efficient, paid over $170 in food that was ok!

We were in town with a large group of family and stopped in here for a drink. I have been here about 10 times previously. This place is the king of the strong daiquiri drinks. They have a huge selection and something for everyone. The bartender we had was fabulous. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is kind of meh. No music playing and not many people there. Most people grab and go. The food here is pretty good..just takes an eternity to get it..long wait sometimes. They have a “no hat” policy which kind of stinks..they even made the ladies take their hats off here. It was raining outside so pretty much all 10 of us had a hat on. A couple of their employees had hats on but the patrons can’t wear them..only place in Savannah that we encountered this. We would have stayed longer(and spent more $) if they didnt have this policy and were playing music. All in all not a bad experience. I’m sure I will be back.

Went in to get a drink while waiting for for cruise. I purchased a $10 drink and left a $1 tip making my total $11. The bartender printed out the merchant copy for me to sign then proceeded to print customer copy but stated the printer messed up and it would not print. Not thinking to much of it I said that was fine. The next day I noticed a $111 charge on my debit card for Wet Willies. Afterwards I walked back down to Wet Willies to speak with a manager which I was able to do. She was really helpful and took my info and stated she'd go through all the night receipts and call me once she found it. She did state that in order to get a refund it would have to go through corporate and that it would be best to file a dispute with my bank. After arriving home from my trip I did just that. Well here we are almost 2 months later and no refund. Card holder services states I have to send them a copy of my receipt which I don't have due to I wasn't given one. I have reached out to Wet Willie's and can't seem to get anyone on the phone nor reach anyone at corporate. I was finally able to speak with someone at Wet Willie's today and explained I need them to email the copy of my signed receipt so I'm waiting to see if I'll get it. I've always loved this establishment the drinks are great and I always find time to go when I'm on vacation in Savannah. It's extremely upsetting and aggravating to have to go through this when they had my copy of the receipt showing the correct amount when all they had to do was refund my $100. That bartender knew exactly what she was doing and basically tipped herself $101. I do not believe for one second this was a simple error of hitting...

The drinks were delicious as always but I was so disappointed in the service at this location. Our waitress never brought the water we asked for twice so I had to go up to the bar and ask one of the employees there for one. After waiting about an hour, we watched three other groups who were seated after us receive their meals before our waitress finally came out and told us our food would be coming out soon, they just took a little longer with the burgers (really???). Menu is limited because of covid which is understandable, but everything they are serving is like meal-sized appetizers so how long should it have really taken?? We asked for no onions on one of the burgers and luckily we checked because onions were DEFINITELY still on the burger. The fries were cold and the chicken in our quesadilla was shredded so much it was almost mushy. When my sister went to use the tobasco sauce we asked for, the top flew off as she was shaking it and tobasco went everywhere including on my brother's shirt and pants. When the checks were brought out, there wasn't any writing utensil provided at all. The thing I'm most upset about is that my husband and I have visited other locations with no issues at all with the service or food, but this was the first time my brother and sister-in-law had been and I'm afraid the experience has ruined them to never try another Wet Willie's again. I was going to speak to the manager before we left but it didn't seem like it was going to make...

Have been here numerous times to eat and for drinks, wanted to take my out of town daughter. It wasn't very busy at all, only 2 other tables were seated when we arrived. The 5 of us ordered drinks, 3 frozen, a sprite and 2 waters plus fried pickles and mozzarella bites (they were out of those)...the (new) waitress came back almost 10 mins later with half the drink orders and had to go back for the 3rd frozen and a water. She came back with the frozen, but not the water, that took another 10 mins to get. Ordered our food, 2 ppl with seafood allergies so since they cook their fries, chips and anything else fried in the same oil as the fish and shrimp, we asked to substitute side salads (which we've done before) she came back and told us they don't have side salads so the only option was cole slaw. We waited about 45 mins and still only had our drinks and the fried pickles my son ordered. Hadn't seen the waitress in over 20 mins, so we got up and paid for our drinks and pickles and left. Just as I finished paying, she comes down the stairs with our food-almost an hour after we ordered. She asked if we wanted it to go, i politely said no thank you, we've been waiting almost and hour, we're just going to go somewhere else. This used to be one of my favorite places-first place I always go when we go to River St.-I'll still go for the frozen drinks but won't waste my time trying to eat there again. We went down the street to the Boars Head Grill and Bar, much...
