Honestly, don't go here expecting anything good. Our server was awesome but that was about the only good thing about our experience. Our first drinks took 20+ minutes to arrive, that really should have been our first warning. The pizza took more than a half hour and it was very burnt on the bottom. One of our members ordered a salad with chicken, and that took about 45 minutes to come out. Perhaps the kitchen was woefully understaffed given that there was only one server for the entire restaurant. Either way, the miserable excuse for a dining experience that we had was nowhere near worth the monetary cost of the visit. I am extremely disappointed with the entire visit and will not be returning.    Read moreOne of the best hotel experiences I have had in a while. The hotel is lovely, the room we had (queen bed suite) was spacious and clean, and the overall atmosphere was so inviting. We initially booked here because the were willing to accept my 2 adventure cats (not all pet friendly hotels take cats). We did not need to bring the cats this time, but will for sure on our next trip down. The hotel was walking distance to many of the things we were there to see, which was a huge bonus. A massive shout out to some exceptional âeverythingâ people. Bonnie and Chandra at the front desk, so personable and inviting every time we walked through the doors. To Chloe the barista at Pineapple Express who always appreciated our willingness to arrive at 715 in our PJs and fancy robe lol. A gentlemen ahead of us was making a big issue on a AARP discount which he didn't do when he booked the room. Holding up the line. Proud of my daughter when the gentlemen said he was going to write the company. She told the clerk right in front of the gentlemen that she would write a review how good she handled it. The desk clerk Samantha kindly said she doesn't want to get In trouble and told him he should have did it on line. I really think he was trying to get something for nothing.
