Sticks, The Ice Pop Shop — Restaurant in Stillwater

I was at the Stillwater Farmers Market this weekend and stumbled upon this cute little ice pop stand! It was quite rainy and not ideal ice pop weather but it looked appealing so I checked it out. The gal who I presumed to be the owner was super friendly and recommended I try the Avocado Ice Pop aka “Little Hass on the Prairie” (love that name). I wasn’t sure what to expect as she said “it might sound like an odd flavor” but it ended up being stellar!

You get the richness from the avocado and a hint of lime which all together honestly reminded me of something similar to key lime pie. I also loved that these ice pops weren’t icy and had more of a creamy texture to them. They run about $5.50 an ice pop so definitely on the premium side. Ok, first of all, we just happened to be in stillwater and saw this BEAUTIFUL mural outside.
