Wendy's — Restaurant in Tifton

This first part is from 3 years ago, and I was shocked to see MANY of the same issues:

Food was good as any other Wendy's, burn the service was slow. It seemed there was little communication between the staff. The drink machines were out of multiple varieties as well as empty of CO2. Eventually it was fixed and the manager on duty (but necessarily the others) seemed to genuinely care about fixing the issues. Perhaps it was just a bad visit.

New review 6-7-22 Went in at approximately 3 pm for soda, frosty and small fries. Not busy. Took 3 minutes before anyone showed up at the front. Employee totally ignored the customer who had been standing at the counter wanting napkins (nowhere else but counter to get them). Drink machines had over half the varieties empty Condiments and napkins were only available from an employee at the counter. Beautiful design for dining room, but ever table looked like it needed to be cleaned. We sat there for over 30 minutes taking our time eating and observing and not once did an employee come to the dining room to clean. Restroom is shared with the convenience store, but it needed cleaning as well. All of these issues could easily be fixed if there was decent management setting standards. The floor was dirty. Most were not wearing hair nets properly, if at all. It took 20 minutes from entry to take my order then another 10 before leaving with our to go order. While taking my order, the boy checked his phone. Our order was correct, but there were issues with the quality.

The beef patties were not well done. Normally they look nicely browned and juicy - these were gray and morbid looking.

The bacon on the baconators was barely cooked. I'm not one of those people who has to have super crispy bacon, but I'm also not one to eat bacon straight out of the packaging. It's got to have less flexibility than a well cooked noodle, y'all.

We didn't return the food because we'd already waited a long time. I did mention to the manager about the kid checking his phone while taking my order, but she didn't seem too concerned. I doubt any concerns about the food would've gone far anyway. Dave...

Traveling with the hubby, we stopped to get fuel. This Wendy's is attached to a gas station. Yes, that's a turn off, but because it was raining really badly, I ran inside to grab him food.

I ordered a Single burger combo. While waiting, I couldn't help but observe the atmosphere. There was a young male on fries who had on gloves, but made him a drink, consumed it, went to the trash in the other area to dispose, and kept the same gloves on to return to making fries.

Behind the counter work areas were in need of serious cleaning. While waiting for the food, I went to make the drink and OMG, disgusting. I'll leave it at that.

My husband did eat the burger but found the meat to be dry and discarded the rest.

And, NO he wasn't allowd to consume the coke! Lol

If I ever wanted to eat at Wendy's this store will forever deter me.
