Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a pizza place, and the slices were pretty mid. Hard to see the pizza slices because they’re in the window not at the counter, and the women at the counter got passive aggressive with us when we took more than 5 seconds to order. As a native New Yorker and a regular at Rose’s in Penn, somehow the guys at Rose’s are a billion times nicer despite serving Wayy more customers per minute than these women do. I know how to order pizza, but I like to look at the pizza at a new place before deciding on cheese or Margherita. We asked for a moment to decide on our order because we were a group, and we got the nastiest look and they started ‘whispering’ (we could hear them talking badly about us) about how we asked for a moment to order. There was no one else in the store beside us at this time so it’s not like we were holding up a line. Then out of spite, they were extremely nice to everyone else who walked in after us, which was obviously passive aggressive because they wouldn’t even acknowledge us. Threw our slices on the counter without saying a word or even looking at us. I’m still not sure what we did wrong, and what we did to deserve being treated like that. But we won’t be returning for fear that we may do something ‘wrong’ again and be treated like lesser than!

The slices themselves were okay, but the cheese was rubbery and the dough was so thin it was non existent. I loge a good thin slice, but the cheese was separating from the dough it was so thin. Didn’t really fold well either because the dough was so thin and soaked in grease (see photo). The sauce was the only good part about the slice, it was sour—not sweet like a lot of these upstate New York places make their sauces. Props to the chefs for that. I’d love to dip some garlic knots in that sauce. But the slices are more expensive than the ones in midtown too on top of all of this—$17 for 3 regular slices and 1 speciality slice and they’re not even that great, plus being treated like absolute garbage, we couldn’t even enjoy our slices because we were too upset about the way we were treated. :( Will not be coming back even though we were very excited to try this place which seemed like a traditional, friendly pizza place from...

My buddy and I decided to grab some pizza here after riding up from Boston on our motorcycles. We wanted Italian style pizza so when we seen this place looked like the real deal from the curb appeal so we go in order 2 small pizzas 12" $18 for a small plain cheese and $25 for a small pizza no sauce with grilled chicken and broccoli. We got two bottles of soda 20z $4 a piece. The prices are ridiculous but money is not the issue I expect lake george to be alittle more pricy but the pizza was GARBAGE CHEESE WAS LOW LOW QUALITY. BROCCOLI WAS OUTTA FROZEN BAG (AND IT WAS DICED BROCCOLI DEFINITELY BEEN IN THE FREEZER AWHILE IT WAS WATER LOGGED THE CHICKEN BREAST WAS LIKE CHICKEN YOUD EXPECT FROM SUBWAY. AND THEY DONT LISTEN ASKED FOR WELL DONE ONLY 1 PIZZA WAS THE CHEESE MINE WAS DOUGHY. Long story short pizza sucks dough was ok. We each had 1 slice and didn't even box it up to bring back for later at hotel over $60 for 2 personal garbage pizzas and 2 20oz sodas. Owner should be ashamed. And stop trying to have waiters make it a order at counter and get called when ur pizzas ready. Server was horrible. We'll leave it at that. Wasn't worth anthor $12 of my hard earned...

Recently went here since I’m up at the lake for vacation and wanted something to eat. Asked to order food at counter and then sit down inside but the girl at the cash register (who had a horrible attitude) told us that if you do that you need to be waited on. They eventually just let us order and sit down but not without some annoyed looking expressions on their faces. Then the waitress came up to the counter while we were ordering and was visibly whispering about us literally infront of our eyes. Bottom line, the waitress and the lady who rang us up had a horrible attitude and just rude overall to the point I just wanted to walk out and not get anything. We ended up getting some things such as a lasagna that was $21 and not worth that much in taste. When we got the lasagna, they only gave us one utensil when there was three of us which was annoying and we had to go back and get one. I went here in the past and it used to be welcoming and good service but it is not anymore. They then on top of that want to charge you a 4% card charge. Ridiculous,...

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this place was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share. We had placed a takeout order, but before receiving the food, we decided to dine in instead as it was very hot outside due to heat wave. To our surprise, the staff refused, saying that because we ordered takeout, we couldn’t sit and eat inside — even though the restaurant was completely empty. We even offered to pay extra, but were told, “It’s a rule.” What kind of rule prevents people from simply sitting down to eat, especially when the space is unused and we’re with children? It’s not about the food or the money — it’s about basic courtesy and flexibility. When a place can’t respect reasonable customer needs, it really speaks volumes. I would strongly recommend avoiding businesses like this that prioritize arbitrary rules over hospitality and customer experience. BTW, there were no signs too about a takeout cannot be dined in.
