Hawaiian Shaved Ice — Restaurant in Town of Lake George

I don’t know if the Beach Road is owned by the same owners. If not, please tell me where to post this. When we were there 2 days ago on Beach Rd. the ladies were friendly and polite. I know the shaved ice was $8 and it was huge . The 4 of us did not see the pricing for the funnel cake nor the fried snickers. Or fried anything. We ordered 2 funnel and 1 fried snickers. It was $37!!! If i had false teeth they probably would of fell out! We gave a $3 tip and had the most expensive treat ever. 😞 My husband loved the snickers but the funnel cakes were small and mediocre. Nothing to praise. We go to Lake George every year and i realize it is a tourist town and things are marked up a lot, but we will not go back to this shop. So word to the wise, ask...

No prices posted for anything fried. Ordered fried snickers and the batter was raw, very raw. We asked for a refund and was refused one because we paid with card. Asked if we could get lemon shaved ice, she gives us a lemonade. So in return we got a 5$ item for a 10$ item. Whatever I’ll call the bank and dispute it. Wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend.

Response to owner: okay so now you’re lying lol, no it absolutely was not. If that was the case why would we have been given another cheaper item??

Every year we travel, it's my favorite place. Every time we visit the lake we stop by for a shaved ice. They are delicious. I recommend them. But last week, the last day, which was Monday, Memorial Day, we visited these two stores and unfortunately they charged two fees that I don't recognize. I'm very disappointed by this because i don't expect this kind of situation to happen. I hope to be able to contact the owner of the facilities so that the money can be returned.
