DJ's Nite Club — Restaurant in Town of Lake George

I went there with my friend recently. In our opinions, the drinks were pretty good, 10$ each, not weak by any means, we took 4 Bloody Mary’s in total. We took four plates of food (each were about or a bit more than 15$ each): chicken wings, Philly cheese steak quesadillas, shrimp cocktail and pulled pork sandwich. The chicken wings were good, there were about 7-8. The Philly cheese steak quesadillas were absolutely DELICIOUS, the caramelized onions with the Philly cheese steak were really really good!!! I wouldn’t recommend the shrimp cocktail, there were about 6-7 shrimps with cocktail sauce for 15$. The pulled pork sandwich was very good, and so were the fries that came with it. My friend and I felt like the size of the plates didn’t match their prices, we think the plates should have been 10$ and not 15$. If we were to go again, we would only get drinks and maybe a Philly cheese steak quesadilla. On a more positive note, the atmosphere was amazing, there was a live concert! The guy singing and playing guitar was very talented!! In conclusion, this is more a place to drink...

Best time ever!! I booked the large VIP area for my sisters Bachelorette party, and everything went off completely seamless. The owner was professional and very friendly. He greeted us right at the door. We were treated like queens. When un-invited intoxicated people tried to invade our VIP area, one word to the bouncer, 👏NICK 👏 and he literally stood there all night and made sure we were safe. We are mostly young mothers and we don’t get girl time so the fact that Nick actually stood there and got any rude people away for us really made our night. We didn’t have to worry about any drama! The security is amazing the best I’ve ever seen, and to us that was very important! I would highly highly recommend this place if you want to got out dancing with your girl friends! Also highly recommended the VIP area for larger party is does get packed and it was great to have our area to relax and dance! I can’t want to do back! I’m so impressed...

Normally I wouldn’t write a negative review, but I feel it’s important to speak up. During my recent visit to DJ’s Niteclub, I encountered a security guard who was not only unprofessional, but displayed behavior that was deeply misogynistic, disrespectful, and hostile. His treatment of me and other women in line was demeaning and aggressive—completely inappropriate for someone in a position of authority and public safety.

This type of conduct is unacceptable anywhere, but especially at a venue that relies on women, customers, and the public to succeed. It was a disturbing reminder that there’s still a long way to go in ensuring safety and respect for all patrons, regardless of gender.

I hope the management takes this seriously and makes sure the people representing their establishment reflect values of dignity, professionalism, and basic human decency. Until then, I would not feel safe or able to enjoy myself...
