Sticky Buns Café — Restaurant in Town of Lake George

If in the lake george area and want to eat and be RESPECTED don't eat here!!! That's a DON'T EAT HERE! My husband orders his coffee and sandwich i ask about the parfét being made in house (as I an allergic to strawberries) . I am speaking English as did my husband . And the young woman starts to ring it up. I say no don't ring it up I'm asking. A very tall slender make employee tells me yo RELAX! And translates English to yep you guessed it. English to English her reply also in English. So I as another question,and the man who told me to relax begins to translate English to English which is understood by the English speaking woman. ?$#?**.I say no thanks I'll have nothing . FYI they don't make parféts to order even for an allergy. If your wondering about my husband's reaction to RELAX he stood with jaw on floor. SUPER EXPENSIVE FOR TERRIBLE PRODUCTS!!!

Ok so for starters; we waited 10 minutes before we even saw an employee and when the girl finally did appear, she was very obviously stoned. The smell was overwhelming.

We ordered a smoothie, an iced latte, a monkey bun, and a sticky bun.

She made the smoothie by pouring “juice” from an unlabeled container into the blender and adding ice.

It took her about another 10 minutes to make the latte which she made hot instead of iced. And insisted on fixing it even after we said it was fine. When we got the “fixed” latte, it was very watery and overly bitter. For being a coffee shop, she should know not to pour the shots first and let them go dead.

The pastries were gross. The monkey bun was still raw in the middle, and the syrup on the sticky bun was so thick it formed little balls of rock hard sugar that glued themselves...

Stopped to have breakfast. While waiting for our order (bacon egg and cheese on English muffin and bacon egg and cheese on croissant, both options listed on their poster menu) we witnessed a customer ask for her money back, stating she had been waiting a while while others were getting their meals. Once our sandwiches were ready, they were both on hard rolls. We took them back, and this time both sandwiches were on croissants. Ok, we gave up so after taking a bite into our sandwiches, we both looked at each other. Upon opening the sandwiches, it appears the bacon was barely cooked, all fat and rubbery.
