Chicho's Pizza Town Center — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

The only reason I am giving any stars is because the wings were not bad. We came In during happy hour. I had to ask the waitress what the specials are. They should be approaching us with the specials as a customer we shouldn’t have to dig it out of the staff. My drink had black mold looking stuff floating in it. One chunk was huge I have no idea how the bartender missed that while making my drink. After 15 or so minutes and my guests already finishing their entire drink the waitress comes over and my drink is still full.. I have to ask for one with no mold or whatever it was. At this point it’s not happy hour anymore because again she just didn’t check on us for at least 15 Minutes.. our food comes out and we ordered 10 wings each and a side of fries to share. Do you think our fries came with our food..? Nope waitress forgot to put it in then didn’t take any blame for it. Blamed the kitchen. Our fries came out when we were done eating.. now it takes some time to eat 10 wings each.. I was purposely waiting to not eat some of my wings because I really wanted them with my fries. The side of fries for $5 in the app section was SMALL like a small fry at fast food.. looked Like they were rushed and not cooked fully.. we sent them back immediately.. again I would have tried them in the very least even though they looked cheap, undercooked and small portion but they didn’t come out with my food. We still tipped 20% but will absolutely never be back. I’m so disappointed.. and do you think they even took a $1 off our tab to say sorry!? Nope waitress couldn’t care less. She knew she did a bad job. It was just not...

For context first review:

10/29/24 Typical chichos service, 4 people in whole place…you sit down and get ignored by the bartender for 5 minutes. Wait forever for your food and then server leaves the bill and expects a tip but never returns to get the money before you want to leave

I actually don’t think I’ve gotten good service at any chichos in the past 15 years now that I think about it

*update 8/30/25 Still probably the worst place to go to, joined a group of 8 people at about 10pm…literally this group and a few bar patrons…sat there waiting for a server and eventually someone that wasn’t waiting on us came over and got my order…mind you this is a pizza and beer joint…quick orders right? Finally get my beer and eventually pizza and then the entire table proceeds to get ignored for 30 minutes, I finally had enough and walked up to the bar and asked “how many customers are here tonight” wrong question as she got mad at me but the last time I came here the service was literally worse. She came by again and everyone was low on beer and kept walking and I said I’d take another so she turned around mad…I’ve had it at this point and I let her know how awful of service this place always has had and that she continued it tonight. $17 bill, gave her $40 And I hope this place goes out of business.

If I ever go back to a chichos and receive terrible service I’ll continue my reviews but I really hope I never set foot...

I was very disappointed and felt disrespected after visiting the town center location. My brother who is active military was in town and suggested we go to Chichos. This was our first time and last time. As we entered the hostess looked at us never acknowledging our presence. She simply said how many in a very low whisper voice. After I asked her to repeat it she was barely audible but I made out what she was saying… She was not chic fil a friendly but seemed as if I was bothering her for wanting a bite to eat. After being seated she just walked off saying absolutely nothing. We sat there and went over the menu and waited. My military trained brother noticed every single table was getting attention from the waitress. He observed that she walked by our table and attended to the table behind us twice since we sat down. I was totally oblivious to what was going on until I realized that NOT one waitress stopped by. No one came over to introduce themselves and or say that they will be our server but it’s busy (eventhough it wasn’t)please be patient. So after about 15 minutes and the waitress coming to the table again which was right beside us we got up and left. If I could rate less than zero or half a star I would. I was highly disappointed and felt bad that I suggested we go there to eat. Customer service was horrible and this usually means the food...
