Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Weatherford

I eat at chipotle quite often. I had a very unpleasant experience at this location this evening. I paid 50 dollars and some change for my two bowls large chips and queso and a side. Once I got back home I realized the staff had forgotten to place the large chips in the bag. I drove back to get my chips and she apologized at which time I asked her if I could get two side cups of cheese for the two bowls I just ordered. Originally when I was there the first time she told me they were out of cheese as I was watching someone behind her shred cheese. I brushed that off and didn’t worry about it. However whenever I asked her for the two sides of cheese she told me I was going to have to pay for them. At which point I explained I was just there and had ordered two meals. she then became flustered and very unprofessional and started to argue with me, telling me if I would have just waited ten mins that I would have had cheese. She did not tell me this originally or I would have done so. To add to all of this the chips were stale once I arrived back home. Very unpleasant experience and I will not be back to this location. I would rather drive the extra 5 mins to Hudson oaks where they are polite and...

Great quality food and staff. I'd order in store though...

A bowl to go with: extra white rice and extra pinto beans (or whichever look best at the time), chicken, a little bit of the red hot sauce and sour cream with a mixture of the two in a small container for the chips, mixed veggies if they look fresh, corn, extra cheese, and lettuce.

It's a solid 5/5 every time I go in and order. The one time I ordered online for my lunch break, they severely disappointed me. I asked for the above and received a half spoon of rice and beans and quite literally 4 pieces of chicken all of which were sitting in the liquid from the beans at the bottom of my bowl. I waited in line and showed them which they happily fixed up and shoveled like 3 spoonfulls of chicken in there which made me laugh. They definitely fixed it, but their take out specialist was setting their customers up for disappointment. Keep in mind this was like 6-8 months ago, but ever since then I order inside.

Overall it's 8/10, a go-to for an after work meal.

I've ordered delivery from this location through Chipotle.com a couple times now. Each time chipotle.com sends the order to DoorDash to get fulfilled. But each time chipotle.com send the doordash driver to the wrong address in the wrong city. I called this Chipotle store to inform them of there own error and they said they would take care of it.

I just ordered again and the driver again went to the wrong city for pickup because Chipotle.com told doordash the wrong address. Again this is not me ordering through door dash, this is me ordering through Chipotle.com. So its not the drivers fault they drive to the wrong location, and it's certainly not my fault since i would hope Chipotle.com knows where their own stores are. Either way my food arrived stone cold cause it takes over an hour. First time shame on Chipotle, second time shame on me for assuming they fixed it. But if you order delivery from this location, it will be shame on you, cause you will know better after reading...
