Warning: The pricing at this place is a total SCAM.
They deliberately inflate charges by a few dollars on every single order. If you try to get clarification after payment, they’ll claim there's no way to retrieve your order history and can’t even tell you what you ordered—clearly, they’re lying. The receipt only shows the total amount charged with no breakdown.
I questioned why the total bill didn’t match the sum of the menu prices. The woman at the counter told me the menu outside is outdated. This was a blatant admission that they know the actual bill price is higher. I insisted on comparing every menu price with their computer system, and guess what? The prices were identical. The bill was simply inflated beyond the sum of the menu prices. What a joke!
They think they can get away with this because it’s only a few extra dollars, and they use the outdated menu as a pathetic excuse to cover their tracks.
The situation got even worse when they saw I caught on to their scam. They became enraged, showed no remorse, and refused to refund the extra charge. They verbally abused me, yelled at me, and demanded I leave. So, you get overcharged, figure out the scam, and are still treated like garbage because the owner behaves like a thief. They clearly believe it’s fine to screw over customers, especially since they assume tourists won't return.
The way they treat customers is not just disrespectful but downright disgusting. This place is a disgrace and doesn’t deserve a single customer. My advice: NEVER GO to this place.
To the business owner: When people figure out your scam, the least you could do is be honest, apologize, and...
Read moreI came to this drive-up/walk-up coffee shop twice during my three-day stay in Yellowstone. My first time was because they open before any of the other breakfast places in West Yellowstone, and I wanted to get to the park as early as possible. The employee who helped me both days was friendly, interested in what brought me to the park, and our conversation started my day off with on a good note.
The hazelnut latte I ordered was tasty, as was the vegetarian breakfast burrito (a relief to find something like this after a few days of pretty meat-heavy meals in South Dakota and Wyoming). Service was fast and thoughtful—they even put a small piece of parchment paper between the breakfast burrito and the napkins they give you so that the napkins don’t stick to the tortilla.
All in all, strongly recommend this place, whether you’re heading into the park for the day, or getting on the highway for a long drive. I will definitely be back the next time I visit...

This morning, I pulled into the Go-Go Espresso drive-thru at 6:00 AM, running on Hope and Google Maps (which listed the Sunday drive-thru opening time as 6 AM). Turns out the real hours start at 7 AM. It was totally my mistake.
But before I could even start to apologize, Tall Tita—yes, the legend herself—greeted me with a big smile and said, “Let’s get you taken care of.” And she didn’t just pour a coffee… she made me a four shot americsno right then and there. 💥☕💥
She didn’t have to, but she did it with warmth, professionalism, and zero hesitation. That kind of service is rare and speaks volumes about the culture at Go-Go Espresso.
If you’re looking for killer espresso and customer service that goes the extra mile, this is your spot.
Thank you, Tall Tita. You turned a mix-up into a moment of...
