Park One Restaurant 黄石酒楼 — Restaurant in West Yellowstone

This place looks a little run down from the outside, but we gave it a chance for my brother's birthday. The sign offers "American Food" as well & all they actually offered was a burger. We were a large group, when they grabbed an extra table.. they never grabbed chairs, we grabbed them ourselves.. 1st of many clues!! We placed our orders, the waitress repeated the order.. STILL CAME OUT WRONG! My husband ordered a burger.. mind you, they offer veggies on this burger, his ONLY came with lettuce & the WRONG CHEESE!! We asked for mayo, salt & pepper.. never got it. Four people working the front & all they cared about was the Asian customers. We had to take our condiments off of different tables... no soy sauce, nothing for the hot tea. A manager comes by to ask how everything is going & we let him know that my brother never received his meal.. "it was his birthday"! We had to go back up & ask for mayo, they don't offer ketchup, mustard.. nothing!! Mean while... if you are Asian, they waited on you hand & foot.. THEY CLEARLY ONLY CARED IF YOU WERE ASIAN, thanks for making that obvious... we're not the only ones who have felt this way, read other comments!!!! And to top it off.. they forced us to pay at least an 18% tip because we were a big group, which I don't mind... but we pretty much served ourselves. THIS RESTAURANT IS HORRIBLE!!! I'm not sure I'd even call it that... NEVER AGAIN, stay away & give your hard earned money to someone else!! Again.. they only worked hard if you looked like them.. Thanks again for making my family feel unimportant, but you sure wanted that...

Came here with my family and ordered veg lomein, veg fried rice and shrimp fried rice around 8:30 pm. Server brought over veg lomein about 45 minutes later and we thought the rest of the dishes must be on the way. After waiting another 1/2 hour we asked another server if we could have the rest of our food because we hadn’t gotten anything else yet and he brought out a slip of paper and read off our order which we confirmed. He said he would get the rest of the dishes for us. Soon he came back with a plate of shrimp fried rice. After waiting another 15-20 minutes we asked our first waiter about the veg fried rice and he said yes yes yes and walked back to the kitchen and yelled in there (I guess to start making the veg fried rice) and we finally got our food (around 10:15 pm). Check had 15% tip already added which I asked them to take off because service was absolutely terrible and we there was nothing telling us gratuity would be added. Surprised this restaurant can stay open and I feel bad for the staff, clearly management is not doing their job or hiring enough servers or encouraging staff to communicate.

P.S. After asking cashier to remove tip from bill I paid the bill $60 with $2 tip for horrible service and left. Checked my bank account today and $72 taken out by park one restaurant. Pretty sure this is totally illegal so if you go here make sure to pay cash but I wouldn’t recommend...

Terrible service. Specials menus not in english at all. $50 for 3 plates (non complicated meals) no sides, appetizers, soups, or drinks is quiet expensive! After the server brought us water she didnt return. We had to go ask for menus which they handed to us. Then the server came right over and asked what we wanted. Bringing food out they brought it and literally slung it on our table and walked away. They kept laying it on the same place on the table saying the same plate name over and over (not one of the 6 of us ordered the same plate). We tried to clarify what was brought out and the person who brought out the plates would just walk away. Then they brought our ticket and I instructed (for the second time.. the 1st being when we ordered) what meal was on a ticket and they seemed upset I wouldnt just pay the ticket as a whole. Our waitress disappeared. After several minutes I walked to the register to check out. Turns out the ticket was not in English, I confirmed what I was paying for, the lady repeated back the wrong dishes. I again repeated my order and paid our total. I'm pretty certain I was overcharged by around $10. But, for the sake of ending our day on a positive note I paid my ticket with a smile and left. Im not certain asking anymore questions would have gotten...
