Ordered a medium fries and 2 drinks. After 10 minutes sitting at the drive-thru window, we watched a teenager take a bag of fries to another car in the parking lot, but it seemed that they didn't want to take it. She held the open bag in the window to show them what it was, then took the bag back inside, looking at me in the drive-thru. She found out where she should've taken it, then had the nerve to fold the top of the bag over and bring it to me at the window! I asked "Is that the bag you just put in the other people's window, open, and tried to give them??" She said "Yes." No apology or any words other than yes. I guess she was too young to know right from wrong or appropriate behavior. But then she shouldn't be working there. I doubt that any of these young teens have food handler's cards, otherwise how could she not know better? When you make that big of a mistake, you throw that bag away. You don't try to give it to another customer! How gross and I'm sure against sanitary rules! She asked if I wanted different fries, and I said yes. In 1 minute another girl brought me a bag of fries, cool to the touch. I said "Why did the first order take 10 minutes and this one took 1 minute, plus it's not even warm? Did yall just pour the fries into a different bag?!? Why are they not hot?" She said that they cook lots of fries at once and when somebody orders fries, they get them from that bunch. I said "So when we order fries thinking that you are making them fresh, we are actually getting old fries?" She said with an attitude "Well these having only been sitting out for like 5 minutes." 5 minutes is a long time for fast food fries to sit out on a counter, and of course the rest of the batch sat there for a lot longer than 5 minutes. Needless to say, we got our money back and we'll never go there again, but buyer beware, now that you know what...
Read moreChris, yes our employees are young, however I would not consider 16 and 17 years old too young to be left alone, not to mention most of our kids have worked for us for more than one season. Maybe our employees were being rude because you were making them feel uncomfortable by taking their pictures, we almost called the cops about this, and telling them what a horrible job they were doing. See I remember this incident, mainly because you sent this exact letter directly to the dairy queen corporate office, they didn't even require us to respond to your accusations. For you to throw out food poisoning is both negligent and laughable. We have never once had a bad inspection by the health department, in fact we received 100% on our last inspection which, as someone who used to be in the health department profession should know, is almost impossible to do since they have to try and find something wrong. Or little building may be old but we are not dirty. We will be opening in a couple of months for our 54th season, I think that...
Read moreTotal fail today. My family and I visit on a regular basis. Yesterday our order was wrong, and once again today, our order was seriously wrong. First time I got the Burrito Supreme, in every sense of the word, the is nothing Supreme about this Burrito. Ordered a 10 piece Chicken Nugget, extremely small size nuggets and only one dipping sauce, which had a hole in the bottom of it, how do you not notice something so obvious when putting it in the bag? Ordered a Banana and Vanilla MooLatte and got a Vanilla and some other Coffee flavor?? What's the deal? Where has the service and quality gone? Why would we come back if you can't provide the same value and service you always have. As I said before, Total Fail...
