This place used to be very good. They used to have great doctors. However within the last ten years the care has been falling dramatically. First started when I injured my knee about 10 years ago. I went to the urgent care and the doctor took xrays and examined my knee. He told me that I just bruised it and to rest it for the week. I went back after a week in severe pain and the same doctor was very annoyed and gave us a referral to a specialist very reluctantly. As soon as the doctor walked in at the specialist he said you definitely need surgery. I had one of the worst knee injuries you could have not to mention chips of bone floating around and the specialist had seen nothing other than the xrays that the clinic took. A few years after that my mother got sick so she went in for an appointment. They told her that she had a bladder infection and to go home and rest. We took her to the er the next day and they said within 15 minutes of being there that if we waited 1 more day she would have been dead. She had multiple things wrong with her. Then 2 weeks ago we took my dad to them for an appointment. The doctor took blood, xray of chest, and a breathing treatment. He had stomach pain, nausea, shortness of breath, and not being able to do much of anything without getting tired. We now know those are all telltale signs of a heart attack. Obviously the doctor thought the heart was involved because she gave him a referral to a cardiologist. She however did not do an EKG. 4 days later we took him to the er and he was having a massive heart attack. He spent 9 days in the hospital and has to have a heart monitor/ defibrillator on all the time now and the damage to his heart is so bad that he may not be able to work again. I've made calls to them and they have not called me back as promised. I'm sorry because there are some good people that still work there but please if you care about yourself or your family do NOT take them to any north country facility and especially not the one in Williams. I've had a knee injury made worse and almost lost both of my parents because of them. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT take...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst OBGYN EVER. I thought going with midwives was the way to go. At the hospital during my delivery, my doula and I told the midwife Natalie not to pull my placenta out. She said āyou canāt stop me from doing my jobā and after she did that, I continued to lose blood. The nurses at the hospital told me I lost 50% of my blood. I couldnāt enjoy skin to skin with my baby. Two days later, my body was giving up. I couldnāt feel anything and I couldnāt walk. They never followed up with me once. My dad had to call asking for an appointment for labs since I was losing so much blood. It was an emergency and they complained and yelled at him on the phone saying it was a violation asking for that. So we had to go somewhere else. I almost died and they could care less. Then the time I had the flu while 37 weeks pregnant, they said to call them if anything was concerning so I did. They just said āwell go to the hospitalā On top of that, they are so disorganized with billing. Each time they ask again for my insurance card and then send me bills that never went through insurance and Iāve called several times. The front desk ladies are miserable and so is the staff. Nobody there enjoys what they do let alone care for your body. DO...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad a really bad experience with the front desk person. Went there around 2 pm on 8/9. She had an attitude and showed no kind of compassion. Just really rude. I had been experiencing dizziness and bp was high and I was panicking a little and just wanted to make sure I was ok to wait and I even said sorry I'm just scared. I asked how long amd if I should wait because of what I was experiencing and she said I do t know ma'am and with such an attitude. I said well will somebody make sure I can wait and she said they'll come if they want to. I asked to speak to someone else and she called and said Kristina doesn't want to talk to me she wants to talk to you and hung up and a nurse came. I told her the exact same thing and she checked my bp and said it was high, but not stroke high. She was helpful. They couldn't do anything else for me and said that id have to go to flagstaff hospital. I just dont understand not having any kind of customer service or compassion working at the front desk. It's the first encounter a patient has and I was obviously distressed. I just needed help that's why I was there. I will probably never go back because of the horrible customer service and they just cant do anything...
