Spenser's Pub — Restaurant in Williams

We walked in to have a drink and order food. We are staying in the hotel, and had just finished the train ride and South Rim visit. The individuals working inside the pub were extremely rude. I have several years of experience in the restaurant / bar industry and was shocked. We simply left and went elsewhere. (Don't waste your time or money.) I looked at past comments and noticed this apparently isn't uncommon at that specific facility. Since visiting Williams, this is the only unpleasant experience we have had. All other individuals at different facilities have been wonderful.

If you are looking for food / drink options: The Harvey restaurant is great! Route 66 has fantastic food and bar options with live music, and they are SUPER welcoming and within short walking distance from the pub unless you just prefer driving.

But lower stars for food. It was just "meh" and not a lot of healthy options. We opted to eat here after the Polar Express so we could go see Santa right after (which was a BUST but that's another review) rather than going to restaurant downtown.

At first I was jazzed to see a salad on the kid's menu for my daughter! But it left a lot to be desired. My daughter ate it but I was disappointed that the "fruit cup" was a packaged syrup-y fruit cup rather than fresh fruit.

No vegan options unless you opt for the Beyond Burger. Not terrible and they did have a GF bun option which I noticed is somewhat common eating in Williams which was nice.

Husband had the alfredo which he said wasn't bad.

Their holiday drinks did look pretty good, wish I would have opted for one of those.

Writing this in December of 2021, whatever you do do not go here to eat or drink before the polar express. The worse service I have ever had. We got completely ignored by the bartender, could not get drinks. We decided to try to sit down and get service, it took 2 hours for us to get a round of drinks and 2 kids meals. The adults in our party could not get any food because we were worried that we wouldn’t make the train. We got to the place at 5:30 and we had to board the train at 7:15.
