They get one star for being able to follow the recipies placed before them on cue cards.
Other than that, I just can't figure out why they can't get it together.
If someone reviews them as having fast service, they obviously work for them, so don't even listen to that fabricated rubbish!
Not once in the last two years have I made it through the drive through in less than 20 minutes. And, I have been met with an apology every time, so its not like they are not unaware of the issue. And, since they are one of the only places that are open late, we visit them a lot.
One time, I actually sat in the drive through for 45 minutes, and would have left if I could have backed out, or had a 4×4, and could have curb jumped my way out of there.
Their employees have zero sense of urgency, and look like they pump valium, depression, and aimlessness through the ventilation system - I really wish this was a joke.
On average the times between ordering and getting to drive away with my food have been 5-10 minutes. But if just 5 cars are in front of me that turns out to be 25 to 50 minute wait times, all while waisting gas, and sucking fumes with no ability to escape.
I've walked into actual Mexican restaurants, have ordered a whole meal to go, and have walked out of there with a whole bunch of food, a smile, and with-in 6 minutes. You can't tell me that the Wilsonville Taco Bell cant't figure out how to pull off a tiny semblance of that miracle?!🤷🏻♀️
This is so obviously a managerial problem, since I've seen employee turn around in there, and everyone has the same lethargic since of hopelessness, and look as if they will faint at the slightest bit of exertion and will.
I mean go, if it is like midnight and you want a taco, but don't expect much. And, definetly don't go if you need to be somewhere in 30 minutes to an hour.
And in order to get the 2-5pm $1 happy hour drink special, make sure you get there by 4:30 because by the time you actually get to the point of ordering it, it will be 5:10pm, and they won't give it to you.
Also, if you go in to the store to avoid the drive through line, it is almost as bad. I can't tell you how many times I've walked in there, and no one was at the counter, until a few minutes later - they come sauntering in like they just woke up, and can't be bothered with work. Then walk away after your order, only to come back 10 minutes later to to say they forgot about you.
So, what is going on there, other than horrific management? One can only...
Read moreThe party I was in decided to use the order ahead and dine-in feature of the mobile app. We set our ready by time for 6pm, and arrived sometime around 6:04pm. The mobile app told us our order was ready, so we looked at the counter and saw no tray of food waiting. I approached the counter and stood, waiting for assistance. Another party received their order right before my eyes. The Taco Bell employee quickly went back to making food, before I could politely get their attention. I start looking around while I wait (I'm still waiting for someone to ask what I need help with - had I been there for a straw or to tell them the side of their building was actively being eaten by a sea monster, I would have had the same experience), I see a bag sitting atop one of the metal surfaces of their large food construction zone. I'm really hoping that's not our food, as it has likely gone cold while awaiting help. A few more minutes go by. I try getting the attention of one of the staff members. I plead 'excuse me, miss' twice, with no reaction. A bit more loudly, 'excuse me, anybody', she comes to see what I need. I tell her my predicament: I had a mobile order, the app says it is ready, it's not on the counter, where is the food? She quizically looks around, says okay, and goes back to making food. I think perhaps it is the food I'm waiting for. I'm wrong. Eventually, not less than 10 munutes had gone by, when someone came off break to help me. I told them my predicament, and they looked around, found the bag I had been staring at for the past 10 minutes, and gave it to me. Cool. cool cool cool. Food was actually still warmish. One of the items was made incorrectly (should have had black beans instead of pinto). Not a good experience. Highly recommend not using their order-ahead-dine-in feature unless you're ready to get there early, yell to get your order, or walk behind the counter to retrieve your food.
And by george, make sure to get a straw when you have...
Read moreMy friend wanted to go get some tacos at Taco Bell today. So we went there and we asked like three times for supreme bean tacos not beef. Not everybody eats meat. Finally they got it right. I asked for a side of guacamole. It was 50 cents not long ago. Now it's a $1.50. you can see from the pictures how much they give you. This cup is no bigger than the size of a quarter. You can buy an whole avocado for a dollar. I told them I want you to fill this cup full. They flat-out refused. I said I ordered a side of guacamole not half side. She told me that was the recommended amount. Finally after much fighting back and forth I got more guacamole. What is wrong with the service industry?! This is complete Insanity that they can't accommodate someone with a request like that. So then we get home and the supreme tacos were more expensive, yet they didn't put the required toppings. I had to get out my own cheese because one of my tacos had none on it. And look at these tomatoes, these are garbage tomatoes. We had to make the order smaller, because it came to almost $26 for 8 small tacos at Taco Bell. No drinks, no desserts, just tacos. You can go to a fancy restaurant and get fish tacos that are much bigger and better that are stuffed for $11, and those restaurants don't use grade D beef, with lard in their beans. I wrote this review, because I want people to start speaking up about the gouging that is going on in our country. I'm going to report them. This food is terrible for what they're charging. It's almost inedible. They deserve to have their business slammed shut!
Do yourself a favor Taco Bell, take a tip from your neighbor Wendy's. A fast food restaurant that actually cares about the customer and serves...
