I want to start by saying that the staff were all wonderful, we would always be greeted with a smile and they were always there to help. I would like to thank May, the nice young lady that checked us in and who arranged our tour to Mỹ Sơn Sanctuary.
The hotel itself seems to have undergone some remodeling, in fact it appears that some of the work is ongoing.
Everything looked nice but there were some oddities as far as the room is concerned. The first thing I noticed was the door lock, Usually you have a key or card-key to enter and then a latch to turn to lock the door once you are in the room but here you need the key to lock the door once you are inside, this my not sound like a big deal but you need to place the key fob in the wall slot to activate the power, this means when you come back in the evening and close the door you will be fumbling in the dark to lock the door before you can place the key in the slot so that you can turn on the light. You will have the same problem when leaving your room at night.
The next problem is the bathroom. The shower has no door, it has a glass partition and a curtain, the curtain isn't wide enough to cover the opening and there is no tile lip to hold the water in the shower anyway so water splashes out onto the bathroom floor. They slanted the floor away from the shower with a drain in the far corner, that means that all of the water that splashes out of the shower runs across the entire bathroom floor! The shower head is mounted so far up that I had to get up on my toes to reach it, my girlfriend couldn't reach it at all.
There is a small closet space, the rod to hold the hangers is mounted too high and it was difficult putting the hangers on or off of it. The rod is just resting on two brackets and it will easily come of the brackets as you are trying to take your clothes off of it.
Lastly we both found the mattress to be too firm, we were able to sleep on it but it was a bit...

We had a highly disappointing stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it to anyone. Here’s what went wrong: Towels Not Included? We’ve never encountered a hotel where towels are not included in the price. Upon check-in, the receptionist informed us of this absurd policy. When we expressed our frustration, she smiled dismissively, which only made matters worse. After insisting, we were begrudgingly given two small towels for the first night—completely unacceptable. Laundry Service Disaster: We sent our clothes for laundry and explicitly requested not to use the dryer. When the clothes were returned, they were poorly folded, had visibly shrunk, and some had even lost their color. This was a frustrating and completely avoidable outcome. Poor Customer Service: Throughout our stay, we felt the staff lacked professionalism and basic courtesy. Any concerns we raised were met with indifference, and at times, even condescension.
Rooms way too small.
In conclusion, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations. If you value your money and peace of mind, we strongly suggest...

While the hotel is one of the side streets of the town, it gets sufficient motorcycle traffic, however rooms are which are facing inwards/pool are very quiet. There are couple of things to mention so you should be aware:
Wifi: very unstable. Better to come with your own data SIM card In our room there were stains on wall like from burst pipe. Aircon: blows directly towards the bed. Some might like it, some - might not Water flow in shower is unstable both in terms of amount of water and the temperature as well.
But for me all above was minor things for one night. Plus, staff's willingness to help - they printed our boarding passes for free - outweighed these...
