Had a drink here today at 19.02 and received very poor service. The waitress made no effort at all. I ordered a juice, but they are quite small and I was very thirsty, so I asked if it could be served in a tall glass and topped up with water. She at first didn't seem to understand, so I explained again as clearly as I could. She again looked unimpressed with my request and told me they came in one size of glass only. He said they only had hot water so this was not possible. I could clearly see there was also a cold tap. In fairness, after all this hassle, he gave me a smal bottle of mineral water (already opened). My wife and I decided this service didn't warrant a tip (total bill 104 CZ) but did leave 120 to save the further embarrassment of waiting for the change. The waitress didn't even acknowledge us when she took the money and we left...
