Big Mike Sea Adventures — Attraction in Baja California Sur

We booked a private trimaran tour for 8 guests. It was advertised as 4 hours, but they reached out and said it was a mistake and that it was 3 hours. No big deal. We booked a noon departure, they reached out again and had to move it to 2pm. again, no big deal but starting to question their organization... Finding the dock location was pretty easy and luckily someone was there to alert the boat crew that we were there and waiting to be let in (the dock entrance is locked). The crew was awesome! They made sure we saw all the cool wildlife like sea lions and made sure we got awesome photos. They also kept our drinks filled! We were all very disappointed by the food supplied. We were only offered small turkey sandwiches and regular potato chips. We were expecting much larger sandwiches, fruit, salad, chips and dips as per the website and confirmation booking sheet said. We were also disappointed in the state of the netting on the front of the boat, we could see that it was dry-rotted in certain areas and held together by zip ties. One of our guests even fell through the netting in a weak spot and bruised her leg. While the crew and atmosphere was great, we felt that this tour was not worth the $1100USD + gratuities that we paid and were overall disappointed.

I probably wouldn't book this tour again, if you want to see the arch, just book a quick boat tour that doesn't include a lot of "frills" as you likely won't get...

Let me tell you something I could rave about how professional and cool and down-to-earth These guys were and how great their service was and how nice the boat was but here’s the main thing. I dropped my iPhone into the ocean and it went to the bottom, I froze up and didn’t know what to do as soon as I said, something, one of the crew members, Ernesto, put his mask on and jumped in the water and dove down to the bottom and next thing you know, he comes Yeah up to the top with my phone in his hand!!! To say that I was for would be an understatement. He did not hesitate immediately went down to get it and it was still on and working working normally. He rescued my iPhone and saved me $1000. I should’ve probably tipped him a lot more but I still hooked him up and the rest of the crew and I cannot recommend these guys...

What an awesome excursion ! I booked Big Mike's snorkeling cruise through princess cruises and I thought that this was probably the best excursion I've ever been on. The captain and crew were amazing, we got great drinks and excellent sandwiches. About 40 minutes away and gave us at least 45 minutes to snorkel around in the warm water, the equipment was sufficient and clean and in good shape.
