Have gotten multiple services from them, one overall complaint - please make sure your employees wash their hands thoroughly before any service and there's no smell? I came here for a relaxing experience but the food smell from the employee's hands who did my facial and scalp massage was such a turn off. I love food, don't get me wrong, but it's not something I want to smell during any kind of massage, that too when they're touching my face and hair with those hands. The scalp massage was alright, nothing to return for, the first 20-30 min was just massaging the scalp without any oil or anything, which was pretty dry and uncomfortable. After that it got better with water and other hair products. Would be nice if you also just gently styled hair in then end instead of just semi blow drying it. But when I went home, scalp was still oily in the center, didn't feel thoroughly cleaned. The facial was also fine, great products and technique but it was too weak in my opinion. I still had white heads and black heads on my face that I had to remove at home after that, the person didn't even scrub my jawline or neck as part of it, just did the front part. Their massage is good though, that is probably the only thing I'd return for. The pressure is right and the swedish one is perfect for my knots. Just fyi, assigning opposite gender masseuse to the customer is not a thing anymore, we appreciate quality work and we don't tip more or less based on what gender is massaging us. Plus that payment through Zelle to save 3% something and then gently pushing to add tips to that too is not a great checkout experience, please see if there's a better way around it. The desk staff are wonderful, greeting you as you walk in. I was offered water before being taken back to my 90-minute foot massage appointment.

The store offers all sorts of massage options in communal rooms or private rooms. Since I was only getting a food massage, I was put in one of their foot massage rooms. I was the only one in that room for most of my massage with only one other couple coming in later in my massage. The room was big enough that I did not feel as if I was right on top of them.

This is a high-tech salon. They have recliners that are all electric with foot stools for the massage that are embossed with their name - very classy. The recliner was put back for me as Kevin began the massage. The recliner was super comfortable and helped me relax even more.

Kevin, my masseur, started with a complimentary neck, shoulder and head massage from behind the recliner. It lasted about 5 minutes and was a really nice surprise addition to my foot massage that wasn't expected. I could tell he was going to be good. You can also tell in the first few minutes if you get massages often.
