I visited the Tanger Outlet Atlantic City in mid-April 2025. There is NO free parking lots located here at this outlet. This location says it offers valet parking. I arrived a little after 10:00 am and there was no valet onsite. The light was off in the booth that the valet sits in. I waited 15 minutes and still no one arrived. I was unsure whether there was any street parking available. I resorted to Google to assist me in locating nearby parking. I was able to find a parking lot on Baltic Avenue which charged $10 for 6 hours. The lot takes cash or card. You just place your ticket on the dashboard. I downloaded the Tanger Outlet app and to be honest it wasn’t anything to rave about. There’s no customer service booth. A huge con I have for this location is there is only one restroom. We were on one side of the outlet and had to walk way to the opposite side for the restroom. They should at least have one restroom on each side of the outlet. Especially since the stores have no public restrooms. I also felt sketchy about the restroom as it was extremely isolated. I would have been really uncomfortable using the restroom alone as a woman. I recommend you go in a group if you can. I do feel as though the outlet should have someone stationed near the restroom as you have to go into one of the buildings to use the restroom or other safety measures should be in place. The map is outdated as Forever 21 is longer at this location and the Nike Outlet is closed. As you get closer to the Nike Factory it just says coming soon. We found some stuff at Coach, H & M, Levi’s, Aeropostale, and Victoria Secret but to be honest it was about the same prices as buying from NYC. I don’t consider any of the prices as “outlet” prices. It wasn’t crowded which I enjoyed I was able to take my time and actually look around in the stores. I didn’t have to worry about the stores being too crowded. The outlet is near the bus station. If you’re from NYC like we are you’re able to visits all the stores in one day especially if you get out early. I recommended to go first thing in the morning as the stores are opening. I’m not sure whether I’ll return to this location...
Read moreI highly recommend this specific Loft location on the Atlantic City Walk, especially if you get the chance to be there when Vicky is there , the store assistant —she’s truly exceptional.
The store is well-organized and offers a fantastic selection of clothing for petites, which is so hard to find for me . They have everything from professional attire to casual pieces, all made with beautiful fabrics and great quality. The prices are reasonable for what you’re getting—this isn’t fast fashion like SHEIN; these are timeless, well-made pieces that you’ll have in your closet for years.
I originally stopped in by chance and bought a pair of work pants. Since then, I’ve been back several times because their clothes actually fit me perfectly—no belts or alterations needed!
Vicky was incredibly knowledgeable about their inventory, including items from their sister store, Ann Taylor. She guided me between both stores to help me find exactly what I needed, which is rare to find in retail these days. She’s the kind of employee every store needs: attentive without hovering, and truly invested in helping customers. Her understanding of the products and her professionalism set her apart.
If she isn’t a manager already, she should be—her skills deserve recognition 🌟. She’s the perfect example of what a great salesperson should be and could honestly teach others how to elevate the customer experience.
If you’re shopping at the Atlantic City Walk, I can’t recommend this Loft location or Vicky enough. She makes the entire experience...
