Marci Jewelry was the very first store I visited while casually browsing for engagement rings—and little did I know it would also be the last stop in my ring journey! From the moment I walked in with my friend, Jonathan made us feel completely welcome. He patiently walked us through different shapes and styles, and even showed us a few unique pieces. One particular ring completely stole my heart—but since I wasn’t the one buying, I left with just a few hopeful ideas in mind.

What I didn’t know was that my friend and Jonathan teamed up with my (now) fiancé behind the scenes. Together, they coordinated the surprise of a lifetime. Thanks to Marci Jewelry, my dream ring—a stunning band with blue sapphires and a diamond pavé—was ready in my size, in time for a magical proposal I’ll never forget.

We were so happy with the experience that we came back to Marci for my wedding ring. Jonathan once again went above and beyond, helping us personalize my band to match perfectly with the engagement ring. My Fiancé and I were wanting to design my wedding ring and was referred to Marci Jewelry but decided to work with a different Jewelry store. After several weeks going through the design of my ring I approved it. When I got it, they missed the mark on several of the details and I was not happy with it like I should have been. Because I lost confidence in that Jewelry store I took the ring to John at Marci Jewelry. He immediately saw the flaws and understood what I had repeatedly communicated to the previous and while somewhat limited because he wasn’t starting from scratch, he had some great ideas how to fix it. I popped in yesterday to see the progress and was thrilled!!!! He said he has a couple more hours of work to finalize it and would have it done in the next day or so. I loved what he had already done to fix it and can’t wait to see the finished results. I am very impressed, more than thrilled and just wish we had gone to Marci Jewelry first!!! I know to fix it was challenging but John worked his magic and I know I am going to be extremely happy with my ring and maybe even more than what I had in mind when I designed it. I highly recommend Marci Jewelry, don’t make the mistake I did and go somewhere...

Truly, you don't need to look any further. If you need a jeweler you can trust for buying & selling, this is it. I felt like I was sitting down to coffee with a good friend, that just happens to know every single thing there is to know about jewelry. Easy to talk to, explains everything about the process with care. Having someone analyze your jewelry, telling you what it is worth & what it can be sold for can be a pretty emotional experience. John made sure there was nothing but dignity & integrity in the process. I've never understood what it meant (or even why it was important) to have a TRUSTED jeweler, until this experience. There is no pressure to buy. No pressure to sell. And at the end of the experience, there was the reassurance that they would be there for anything I may need in the future. I was treated wonderfully by everyone there, but John took the cake. And while I wasn't there to buy this time... the way the store sparkles with beautiful temptations. Ahhh.
