Target — Attraction in Everett

This target security is way out of line , I had a carriage with two vacuums a roomba and a Dyson. Which both still had the security wrap on them , I forgot my wallet and I left them with the customer service representative. If I was going to shoplift the items I would have done it at that moment. But instead I went outside grabbed my money and came back inside and I continued to shop . Out of nowhere I was approached by the security officer yelling at me to drop the items and get the F out because she saw me take them off the shelf …….. isn’t that what you do when shopping ?? You take items off the shelf and go to the register with them. I didn’t exit the store , I didn’t take any security wrap off , I was peacefully shopping for vaccums for my new condo . The fact I chose high end vaccums made me a target ? The fact that I could afford them made me a target , I respectfully left the items at customer service counter while I ran outside to grab my wallet. If I was going to steal them , I would have then and there easily !!! This is straight discrimination, and it made me feel like I was a thief infront or everybody , she was yelling !!! DROP THEM !!! Drop them !!!!! And I said mam I wanted to buy these items !! . I was nowhere close to an exit … my lawyer will be contacting your store very soon for this type of treatment !! She said to me “ I saw you take them off the shelf. !! “ okay yea I took them off the shelf to purchase them !!!! Very unprofessional , accusing me of something I didn’t even do , both items still had the spider wrap on them… this female security officer should be fired and I’ll be pressing...

April 9th I came to store to make around 300$ purchase .. there was a new cashier so I asked him this is big purchase and I have manufacturer coupons and rebate check if u don't know you could ask someone to help ... he was nice he asked someone to teach him... I made 155$ purchase and I give him my teammember discount he said he scanned it so I believe him .. after paying when I get bill I realized even through he said he scanned it it didn't came.. so I made another 2 purchase and had him scan properly and it went through .. when I went to customer care with porblem manager name Ashley or ashey told me that unfortunately we can't do anything about it you have to return everything and purchase everything but you will lose 50$ rebate check that you used.. technically and by target policy they are supposed to fix it but they deny and told me that is what it is. So I didn't argue I left the store.. management always failed to help customer at this store and even if rightful thing to do they wont do it. I love target but guys don't make a mistake to go to Everett location... they are rude and don't know actually policy and if you show them they are not willing to help.. if you ask for manager they will say they are the manager even through they are not...

One of the employees humiliated a shopper yelling at her cuz the items didn't match even tho the shopper had proof that it was correct, but the employee refused to look at it and started yelling and saying that she didn't care about what was in the shopper's app and than she started throwing the items back in the carriage like if she was stealing, the shopper was an imigrant and didn't speak English fluently so she couldn't argue with the woman that was yelling at her! When she realized her mistake she just scanned the items said all set and left like nothing happens! After all that I went there with the shopper wich is my girlfriend to confront her and ask did she do that, and she was still denying what happened cuz she was the manager at that area, so when I asked to talk to her manager she came and said that nothing could be done and the worst part is that neither of the MANGERS apologize once, NEITHER that's outrageous. They threat everybody like that, unless your white with blonde hair...
